Ginger Jamshedpur

The hotel is situated in a very good location. The service was exceptional. Especially the service by Sarita, Neetu and Prakash was really good in Qmin restaurant. The food was good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will choose the hotel next time too.

It was really very good, excellent. service and ambience was cool. Everything was cool, I never had any problem with anything. Food taste was alright, they were customizing also so everything was perfect and special mention to couple of people like Mr. Raman - Mr. Prakash & their Team, they all are really very good, in fact the restaurant was fully rushed, But they Treated Us like own Family, so Thank You so Much guys.

Excellent stay at Ginger Jamshedpur! Clean rooms, great location in Bistupur, and super-friendly staff. Food was delicious and service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! Good behaviour of staff Sarita.

It is nice experience here at Ginger and I found very helpfull Rumana always treat me very special. Very well experienced with her always when I visit also other staffs are also very polite and professional. One important point I really want to take the attention of Management that is about the bed in rooms you must change or fix it immediately. Because it's very sponje and bring back pain while sleeping. Always I suffer with this issue of bad Sleep due to bed ...

We have stayed in Ginger around 5 day's total it was good experience as in hotel Ginger, including food, hygiene, service. Actually I am from South India, and I must say that the food at Hotel Ginger truly impressed me. The taste closely matched the authentic flavors of our South Indian style, with no noticeable difference. It felt just like enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner back home. The food was simply ultimate and very satisfying. Thank you.

Everything was excellent, except two things - no bell boy was provided to carry my luggage to my room and the dinner lacked the option I wanted and the one I had to order lacked the zing I would have preferred. Other than that, good location, great infrastructure and rooms.

Breakfast was good and up to our expectations. Even there were lots of varities and the taste were also good. Even behaviour of Mss Sarita was very polite to us.

The stay at Ginger was very comfortable. The service was excellent. The staff were very supportive and the response was spontaneous From all the staff. I would always love to come back again and again here.
