SPOT ON Hotel Bright

Location is very good but the service is pathetic. The staff kept me waiting for 30 mins with my luggage and was rude as well. Room was totally different than what we saw online. Charges are very high as per rooms and service. Will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at all

Never ever go to this Hotel, not safe for Couples and even for single person. I had bad experience with this hotel while booking online they didn't allow check-in. Also I heard that there is police raid at this hotel.

This wrost hotel in my life they don't know how to talk with customers and there behaviour is Awful they wrost way u can think when I said why u turned of the Ac The staf members said The Ac is Damaged and the Manager she said u ask for to run only 2 hours but in reality we booked Ac Room as u can see Just plz never ever book this Hotel Whatever u r reason might be because When u visit 1st Time in this Hotel they they talk like a Innocent person and Good person after 2 day's they will show their true Colors please Guys never come to this Hotel

Seriously waste hotel .. 1.Nither staff are know how to talk with customer nor the manager. 2.Next they demand for extra money and also if you asked room in Oyo price they told no room is available. 3.very dirty place.. 4.They also harash you by asking to come again and again after an hour Request to u to close this hotel

I booked this hotel through OYO, it was marked under mid range. Room did not have any TV, it was very smelly and slightly dusty, Bedsheet & Towel were also not fresh. If we use our own towel, then it can be accepted. Room service was good, reception was good and responsive.

They asked me to pay 1000 rupees but in Oyo app I booked at RS 438, so i didn't stay in that hotel.. Oyo app amount and their hotel amount are totally different...oyo is the worst company.
