JIVA - Finest 4 Star Boutique Hotel

Rooms are huge, neat and clean with complementary drinks and cookies everyday. Bathroom is well spacious. You have enough options for food. The quality is awesome. |They have their barbecue and bar . You can gind stleast 20-30 types juices and shakes. It's a luxury stay and enjoyable. The staffs are polite and well-behaved. Reception persons are well trained . Moreover loved the hospitality.

Pleasantly surprised by this small hotel. Rooms were broadly comfortable, clean and spacious, but the bed was not good, fully collapses and not enough back or body support. The best thing was the staff who were always super quick at everything. For the reasonable price, it was a good hotel. Will probably stay here again!

Very small & narrow room , bogus service. Now a days the old jiva has been changed, very disappointed. Food is so called tasty, no taste you can enjoy. Room is like a garage room or dinning hall. Closely look the food, am i in a hostel ..? Is it a plate to serve the MAP plan food

Located in the bang middle of Jamshedpur in a very happening place, it's a very comfortable place to stay with nice enough hospitality. Got an indoor restaurant with a rooftop pub kind of place. Good place to hang out here.

We hosted our son 5th birthday party in Jiva hotel on 27th June 2024. The services were above expectations. I was really amazed to see the deliverables. Managers (Sree and Angad) and support staff were so disciplined and well managed. I got everything in place as if I was attending the party itself as a quest not a host. Visited restaurant with family for diner. Food is great. Taste great. Service and ambience is outstanding. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Worst service Ever. I'm in your restaurant and I have ordered noodles and chilli chicken and it have been more than 45 mins but still I have not received my order and now the waiter is asking to cancel the order as they are not able to provide service.This is not expect at all and very bad service.
