Hotel was good. Staff behaviour and their service was good . Food was tasty. Location is very deep in city and the room was little bit small. Overall experience was good

Would not recommend this hotel to any one. Below are the points. ||1. When we reached there was no security guard to open the main gate and going further there was only one bell boy in the whole hotel.||2. The room does not seems to be an executive room as it was too small to be called an executive room.||3. The room was dirty and not clean. There were spider web behind the main door. The Sofa was dirty. They didn't had a proper room slipper rather one hawai slipper which everyone wears so it's not hygiene.

It was a wonderful experience while visiting as the rooms were very neat and clean and comfortable too. The Hotel Management were very friendly and always ready to help and make comfortable as it was a home for us. The food was yummy and delicious 😋

Nyc behaviour and well corporation received by the staff and th mangement....! Complimentary water not provided day two but on check out when we complaint,they serve us immediately...! Their food was good and service,only veg food available...! They should improve room cleaning services as room was all net and clean but on next day doesn't provide room cleaning services...! Over all good ....!

Best hotel in Jamshedpur Nice food good service team parking available with good banquet facilities |They helped me arrange cab near by tata motors n tata tinplate |I will stay again n recommend to my friends also |Don't forget to book in advance room is always sold out

Room is clean and hygiene maintenance.. Staff behaviour also good behaviour. Food is also good service is also good. Nice location and good environment. 24*7 service available. In reasonable price well maintain hotel.room are beautiful.

My experience with The Pride was really nice. Complete package of great hospitality, delicious pure vegetarian food service. Best staff response in service. The General Manager very helpful. I would highly recommended this hotel.....

Recently I have visited the hotel, with my family, it's good ambiance,room very net and clean,we had the dinner in restaurant, food was excellent and hotel staff are friendly with us some food like (paneer) dish was excellent,|I would prefer my friend and another people.||Thanks to pride team
