Disappointing Experience with Hotel Staff I recently stayed at Dream Inn and unfortunately, my experience with the staff was highly disappointing. **Check-in Process:** Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly slow and unorganized. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and did not provide any information about the hotel amenities or services available. **Room Service:** During my stay, I requested room service multiple times, but my requests were either ignored or fulfilled hours later. When the service finally arrived, it was incomplete, and the staff member was rude and dismissive when I pointed this out. **Cleanliness and Housekeeping:** The housekeeping staff failed to clean my room on several occasions, despite the 'clean room' sign being displayed. When I approached the front desk to address this issue, the staff was unhelpful and did not provide any solution. **Customer Service:** Overall, the customer service at Dream Inn was severely lacking. The staff were unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed a complete lack of courtesy and respect towards guests. Any inquiries or concerns were met with indifference and a lack of accountability. **Conclusion:** My experience with the staff at Dream Inn has left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. Proper training and management intervention are necessary to improve the quality of service and ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

It is completely a congested hotel. Family can't stay their as the rooms are too small. Only a bed ,one plastic table and a wall mirror is their. The door of the bathroom is not locking properly. No windows. Lots of mosquitoes. The TV is not functioning. Totally not good. They don't accept OYO booking,if you have done they will give lots of excuses and deny.

I have not seen any bad hotel before like this after online booking confirmation they told there is no room left in hotel I hated this oyo hotel experience 😏😌
