Booked a premium room for 4 nights, the room is quite spacious, food is tasty, the breakfast buffet had limited items. The hospitality is good. Overall a comfortable stay

I don't think these hotels deserve 1 star from my side because there is nothing in a good condition room washroom and also staff have also no experience and location is so much outside the city and food I don't think I have to comment 😭 all are money waste. I am not going to visit these properties again.

Pearl Hotel exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and excellent 24/7 support. I highly recommend it for an outstanding and comfortable stay.

The room service was great. They are very quick and responsive to customers' demands.I booked the suite room, and I had a great experience. The room also had a living area with sofas, a table, and a visitor's bathroom, which was pretty nice. The main bathroom included a bathtub and a shower. I booked my stay with complimentary breakfast and one meal, i.e. lunch or dinner. The breakfast as well as the meal were both good.

The room was nice.... actually suit room was more preferable to stay rather than the normal one....the hotel is situated in the main road.....only thing I don't like about the hotel was the parking area nn the lift is not properly operated..... hotel management should work on parking area nn lift....

I have a suite room and it has all the facilities and the food is tasty... courteous staff...overall good stay... underground parking is also available...

Hotel is Good in terms of staying . However do avoid if you are looking for food which they will take 2 hours to serve even after lot of following . As per them this happens due to lack of manpower which is really not acceptable . Since the hotel is new so we face too much struggle to find the entrance as it is located in 6th floor and no one was there to guide us . Our stay was good would recommended the same just to see the improvement whether it has done or not . Overall : Stay was perfect . Food : Too much delay but taste was good . Breakfast : Only Idly or Dosa Cleaning : improvement are required .

Room ok but service poor.. Especially service man on full drink mode while service the room.. For family, it's not a safe place.. No parking, located at crowed area.
