We stayed here for 2 days. 1-Nice rooms with heater AC, geyser. 2-Complimentary food for breakfast and dinner. Food was great. 3-Staffs are professional and humble. Overall a good experience.

I have really excellent experience with this hotel. Especially the staff and service were extremely high quality. I will never forget the experience with them. Ashiq the hotel staff and their service were up to high quality.

We had 3 nights stay at this hotel. Though the staff is courteous but the service here is pathetic. I found hair in 2 dishes in breakfast and the staff didnot even change the dish or apologize. They will provide only dinner buffet and nothing else to eat after 6:30 PM and there is no market nearby so that you can get something to eat. Its like staying at a prison where your choices are limited and service is pathetic.They provide only 1 pair of slippers and they won't provide you extra pair even if you request them because its their policy.Rooms are great but the service is pathetic. Think before you stay.

I am staying here for 5 days… There is a lot of disturbance in the hotel… There is a college group who’s come here & played music & did a bonfire at 11:00pm.... I asked the hotel guy to stop their music to which they followed but how can the hotel guy even allow to play music at late night… Not good at all… Its a hotel & not a private property yar..

Pros: - Rooms are well-maintained. - The food was decent, but there was a long wait for rotis and other menu items, likely due to limited staff. Cons: - The staff was unprofessional and entered the room without knocking. - Despite opting for an AC room, it wasn’t much of a benefit as there is no power backup for the AC. During power outages, the room is no different from a non-AC one.

Rooms are best but service is not good behanchod staff hey yaa kyaa hey yrrr 2hrs se Pani mang rahe the but no response and hotel manager ko bat karne ka tamiz nahi hey and the end I recommend to Don't stay in this hotel 🤢

Rooms are very good, Staff is very friendly and Cooperative. Would like to mention Mr. Ashiq for arrangement and assistance at the Dining area.
