Hotel Six Seasons

Hotel is nice to stay. Staff is very cooperative and understanding. Rooms are clean. Food is also tasty. Location is away from Dal lake, so very few options to visit anything around.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Hospitality is excellent. It will not be complete if I didn't mention the name of Mr. Nasir Ali who has given us excellent service as well entertained us. Staff at reception also given us good tour guidance

1. Terrible Experience I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bathrooms were in poor condition and had a persistent foul smell. My room was dusty, which made it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the TV didn't have any channels. When I asked about the restaurant, I was told, "We can’t let you enter. It is restricted. Pay extra money." The staff didn’t seem to care about my concerns at all. I wish I could rate it zero stars. 2. Not Worth the Money This hotel was a huge letdown. The washrooms were not well-maintained and smelled terrible. My room had a lot of dust, and there was no TV entertainment available. When I inquired about dining options, the staff bluntly said, "We don't care! Enjoy your one-star experience!" Their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. 3. Extremely Disappointing I had a very negative experience at this hotel. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled like a public restroom. My room was dusty, and the TV had no working channels. When I was denied entry to the restaurant and told, "Pay extra to access," I couldn't believe it. The staff’s lack of concern was evident when they said, "We don't care!" One star is being generous. 4. Awful Stay I was really unhappy with my stay. The washroom was in a terrible state and had a bad odor. My room felt unclean, with dust everywhere, and the TV didn’t offer any channels. When I expressed my disappointment about being barred from the restaurant, the staff simply replied, "Pay extra if you want to enter." Their unhelpfulness made the experience worse. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. 5. Not Recommended I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The washroom was not only dirty but also smelled awful. My room was dusty, and the TV had no channels, leaving me with nothing to do. I was frustrated when the staff told me, "We can't let you enter the restaurant. It’s restricted. Pay extra." Their lack of concern for my issues was surprising. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed at hotel sixth season at Srinagar with my family, overall experience was good.It is situated at bye pass before entering the city really a good location to access the airport easily. The staff of the hotel is co-operative and amicable . The dinner and breakfast is really very good and tasty.The room and washroom is really in big size but no ventilation is in washroom and feel saffocation inside the room and washroom and needs to improvement. Thank you for wonderful stay at Hotel six seasons.

Excellent service, polite staff, big choice of food in free breakfast and dinner, beautiful room, wash room with hot water, beds have electric heating blankets, kettle with tea and coffee options. I would have given 5+ stars IF lift was working

"Very disappointing experience at Six Seasons Hotel Srinagar. The rooms were not well-maintained and didn’t match the pictures online—walls were peeling, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful with any requests, and the room service was incredibly slow. Despite the beautiful location, the view from the room was underwhelming, and the noise from outside made it hard to relax. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend staying here."

The rooms were big and spacious but no proper ventilation in washrooms. The food was tasty but variety was less. Overall a good place to stay, the location is accessible easily.
