OYO Flagship 74901 Hotel Kumkum Palace

Rooms are big in size, not up to the mark on the part of cleaniness but yes its located on a convenient place on 4th floor of the shopping arcade hence no disturbance at night. AC cooling is good.staff is friendly n prompt in providing service.

This isn't a "Hotel" can't even call it a lodge. AC is in the room but blows hot air. TV is in the room but no channels are subscribed. Most important of all *There's no WI-FI*. No sanitation done. No room service. Don't let OYO fool you into booking this property. I came on a business trip here for 3 days, but changed hotel after 1 day.

Bad bathroom, there is no soap in the washroom, bad service in the room, Air conditioner is not working in the room,fan sounds horrible, no information in the room about the reception's number. We had a very terrible experience and not at all interested for the next visit.🙏🙏🙏

Extremely poor service provided by oyo.. No soaps no proper cleanliness. Spider webs all around. Most important no warm water in the hotel past 10 days.

The service porvided by the oyo and the hotel staff was good however the rooms are not up to the mark. I took a stay because I had my exams scheduled but one would get better rooms around INR 1000

The location is good but the property seems to old and not maintained. Rooms are dirty and untidy. However the Staff was polite.

Place owner is very kind enough and assisted well. Good place for one night stay. Suggestions *Heater need to installed in restroom.

Two-stars for a good location, otherwise service are 3rd class I book a room with breakfast, composition but when the time of visit hotel are not provided breakfast composition, we do not get a tea but they have a kitchen attached with my room they have staff also at there make tea and food but the staff is not cooperative I am not satisfied with the service bad experience.
