Hotel Nova Stays

I don't understand why this hotel has five stars in reviews. Now I'm going to write a real, genuine review. 1. Let me start with the location. It is located in the center, but in an extremely terrible and dirty building. 2. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, only at the reception. There is no place to sit at the reception, only to stand. 3. Cleaning the rooms is a separate topic altogether. The floors, mirrors, and plumbing are dirty. We stayed for two nights, but during that time no one offered to clean the room. 4. There is no toilet paper, but thanks they gave me regular napkins. 5. But the sewerage is a real joke. We had constant blockages in the toilet, all the shit was floating on top. The Jacuzzi is leaking too. We stayed with family. I do not recommend. We paid 4500 rupees for one night. The maximum price for a room in this hotel is 1500 rupees. There are no questions about the manager who works at the reception. But the manager or owner should look into the hotel and see how everything is arranged there now. You have something to work on.

The hotel was beautiful,with clean and comfortable rooms .it was even better than expected.loved the downtown location and atmosphere.service was terrific and the room was 5-star
