Pathetic.. rooms aint clean and ac not working staff is good thats it

Made a booking. They lost it. Because I'm a "foreigner" they tried to charge me triple. I then proceeded to try paying it because I'm an idiot - And then told me the rooms weren't available (very sarcastically) even though I had just seen lots of open rooms. Staff too sassy and can't remain consistent. Go somewhere else lol

Hotel staff Extremely poor along with their behaviour.. Please don't go there with or without your booking. Cockroaches are running on your bed. Ac is not working. Bad smells coming out. Such a bad experience ....

ROOM CONDITION VERY VERY DURTY. SERVICE VERY BED STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD.... THIS HOTEL IS NOT MADE FOR FAMILY. THIS HOTEL IS MADE FOR ONLY COUPLE FOR THERE PERSONAL PRIVATE TIME SPENT. I HAVE TRAVELING IN MANY CITY AND HOTEL BUT THIS HOTEL EXPERIENCE VERY MUCH BAD.

ROOM ARE VERY VERY DIRTY. SERVICE IS VERY BAD. NO ELEVATOR (LIFT) IS WORK AFTER 10:00 PM. DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL

Rooms are very huge and it's very popular among couples, lift is mostly not working properly. No food options available. Located on atlhan pandesara vip highway

I booked the room from bookings.com At night 10pm I reched there and then hotel staff said that they don't have any room for me. Also not well connected to city. Never ever book such hotels. Worst experience in Surat.
