OYO 28361 Siddhi Vinayak Palace

No electricity.. no cleaning in corridors and rooms..& toilet's! Lift not working! Very Poor service from receptionist..no wifi at table..took one hour to complete for allotment process.. Open toilet at every floor.. which are not clean ND bad smelling! I request Oyo to cancel this registration of this hotel...not as per any rules of oyo.n

Specious and Clean Hotel. If you wants to stay in pandesara area of surat stay here. Its OYO Hotel. Economy rates. Parking Available in Basement. They offer you complimentary Breakfast. Breakfast is also healthy and Sufficient for you. Like Puri Bhaji,Samosa,BreadButter and Tea/Coffee.

Just location is good lese it's a horrible experience from entry into lift which gets stucked and then rooms with all all ameneties in non working condition. Staff is rude and this is hotel which is popular among couples

Shitiest hotel i ever seen in my life there is mutliple reason to hate. This hottle like ac is mak humdity in room due to that current us passing all over the switch board feels like prostiutuon going on in hotel seen multiple girls getting into some random room weird noises coming from other room not recommended to anyone pls share this

Definitely a 'No-go' place.. the staff is rude & unprofessional to say the least... I had to cancel my last minute booking and went through the trouble of finding a better hotel due to incompetent & unprofessional staff here..

Actually I want give you 4 stars. Room are well maintained. Only room service I don't find attentive. Otherwise it would be 5 star

This is 3rd class hotel I have ever see in my life the property manager and hotel manager is so rude beahve and he talk with guest with bad langues....chutiue log Gali dete h Apne customer ko or unke sath maar pit karte h so please don't go on this hotel
