Worst service ever! Rooms were spacious but not managed or cleaned well. There are very few staff available and hence no one is there to resolve your problems. The room is not worth the price. Please look for some other hotel if you’re actually interested to spend ₹2500+ price. No towels given, we had to ask for it several times. Lift did not work at night. Cleanliness not maintained.

Overall experience is very weak. AC water pipe inside the room collecting in a bucket. Problem in water supply. Room not cleaned properly. No proper and immediate response from lobby boy. Door lock problem. It seems that the owner have just put money to build the hotel, with no proper detailing and services. The entire service need to improve.

Very disappointing experience. We checking in the hotel for 13/6/25 to 15/06/25 and one of my friend had a Rs.8500 in his bag. And they ask keys for room service and we give it to them and we move for dev darshan after we went back to the room we saw the bag is open and the money is not their. And the money is stolen. And when we complain about all this scene the manager is talking with us very rudely they deny to give us our money very bad service, very bad people, worst manager and 0 security. Till the end they deny to give us our money so avoid going in this hotel ..... They are froad.

Our experience at Hotel Shri Ganesh, Dwarka was quite disappointing. We were a group of six people and were given only two rooms, but no extra bed was provided. In the morning, we did not receive towels or dental kits, which are basic amenities. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was rude and uncooperative. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and we would not recommend it to others.

Superb! One word. Awesome hotel in proximity to town and railways. Very very good hotel management quick response time always. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Hot and clean towels whenever asked. Decent quality washroom and hi quality ingredients provided. We stayed during weekends and our stay didn’t disappoint at all. I think this is going to be our go-to hotel in Dwarka now onwards. Big thanks to staff and management.

Staff members engaged in theft. Three bags were opened by the staff. 8000 rupees were stolen from one of the bags. Book this hotel at your own discretion.

We stayed here last week,our experience is not atall good,Our money was stolen by someone when we hand over key to hotel front desk for cleaning the room,After complaint also we don't get any help from them.we never experienced such treatment anywher else ,even cleaning other services are not at satisfactory level, can't recommend this property for others

The rooms are dirty. Bedsheets are dirty. No soap, shampoo, towel, or drinking water. Already requested three times. No one has come to address these concerns from the reception.
