Hotel Nilay Dwarka

Food was not hygienic at all. Bedsheets were dirty. Didn't come in for regular clean ups. Manager was extremely rude. Don't be fooled by the photos. Rooms are nothing like in those photos.

Very bad behaviour of staff . Rooms very dirty and bed sheet old and torn. The manager is of no use . When you complaint he will not listen and give very rude response . The washroom very dirty and leaky . Cockroach every where and what not . Never go for this hotel -nor the staff response is good neither their services . A big no to this hotel …

Inside the room's badsheet,pillow, walls were dirty. Bad smells in the room, no housekeeping service. No cordless, I request to provide a clean bad sheet & pillow for sleep, or change my room but they reject both requests. NR Dwarka Temple got another Hotel in Cheap rate with better service & facility. Thanks

Please don't book Very bad experience, Rooms are not clean also bathroom door keep making sound as air comes through wind they don't clean bedsheet and pillow cover cockroach and insect roaming in room .upon that rude staff not ready to hear .they are using old bedsheet and pillow covers

It was quiet amazing stay as I was with family and was very comfortable with whole room, food and hospitality of the staff. Especially the markets and definitely Dwarkadish Mandir was very near by too . Enjoyed the Stay and service 👌🏻

The experience was average, requiring better efforts to maintain room cleanliness. Here's the feedback: 1) Ensure clean bedsheets regularly. 2) The toilet was unclean, and the mirror was covered in dirt, making it hard to see one's face. 3) Food quality was average, but the prices were considerably high. 4) The lift requires repairs; it often stops one floor ahead of the desired floor. The only positive aspect was the hotel's proximity to the temple, just a 5-minute walk away.

All the room has been improved and gave the best experience with best supporting staff.
