We stayed for one night with family, and that was ok experience. Rooms are big in size, but we have seen some bugs in the room, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Overhaul Nice stay but need more cleanliness.

Deceptive Advertising and Terrible Experience - Demanding Full Refund I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The experience was completely different from what was showcased in the pictures on their website. First, the location was not as advertised. It was in a completely different area, which was dirty and unpleasant. The surroundings made me feel unsafe, and it was nothing like the clean, vibrant neighborhood they promoted online. Second, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was incredibly small, and to make matters worse, the basin was broken. It was impossible to use it properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotel itself was nothing like the images on their website. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, which made me question how they could justify charging the rate they did. This experience was far below any reasonable standard, and I feel completely misled by the false advertising. I am demanding a full refund for my stay, as this was not the service or environment I was promised. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if you value honesty and a comfortable stay.

Third Class hotel. Fraud hotel. Shown three star but it is not eligible one star. manipulate three star show in Make my trip. Fraud business with customer. Government assessment as soon as possible to remove three star. Stop fraud. This hotel not eligible to one Star. Dharmashala is 100 times better to its.

The location shared by them is wrong. The rooms are horribly maintained. Bathroom are so small that you can't even turn around and close the door. Salt water in the taps, so salty that there is no way you can use it to get fresh. The area around the property is very dirty. Bottom line: save yourself the trouble and don't book this place. You can thank me later.

It was such a disgusting stay with this hotel, 1. No proper location 2. They don't have any restaurant, but it's showing 3 star hotel.. Such a scam🤬 3. No proper manner. They will fool you with nearby location. Please be care full with this hotel...forcefully i am giving 1 star they don't deserve even -5..

I have just checked out of the hotel today itself.Dont go by the google reviews, they are all paid. I am giving the honest feedback.The hotel is located exactly in the opposite direction as mentioned in the google map, it is a deserted location with no eatery around, no chai wala, the hotel doesnot have a restaurant, no tea facility nothing.U wont get an auto even, very far from temple. Now coming to the room, dont go its photos, it is exactly opposite.No handwash in toilet,no electric kettle, no toiletries,the shower handle is not working, tv is not working..flush doesnot have enough force, u have to throw a bucket of water in a commode, there is no cleanliness in property, the manager the owner is rude.. bedsheets are dirty.. they are taking rates of a 3 star hotel but believe me they are worst than a roadside dharamshala..read my honest review and book at ur own risk.. these hotels should be boycotted..

Very very bad location of the hotel..its in deserted location with no access to any shops around, hotel washroom is very small and not clean, hotel owner is not very very rude and will give your prebooked room to other walkin customers..please avoid the hotel and book near the temple..
