Hotel The Heaven

Overall stay is good. They have many online booking issues. When customers had reached to hotel and asking for room check-in, they are confused about the conversation with customers and they don't know even what have to do next. Pros: The room is well maintained. Cons: Please try to make sure about all services and the Check-in & Check-out process. - Once you pay the amount via online or cash, then if you have some sudden changes in your travel plan, they don't pay back you again on same day. - Staff is Confused due to online booking issues.(Bookings Problem, Manager is not available at the time of booking and check-in & check-out process)* - At the time of booking from online travel booking site (Agoda)* they showing the breakfast and all in Booking Amount. Which is included in the price. - But Complimentary breakfast and tea is not available at the time of check-in. (Told by reception staff due to Online Booking Issues. Please look into all these above details. I try to convey to all management staff, please change your staff and all services. Thank you.

No service,manager is rude and also receptionist is rudely behave. If here option for negative rank then I rank 5/5 for negative marking.it is such worst hotel. And I suggest you guys not come there you can go another hotel but not come hotel heaven. Hotel is very costly but zero service. So don't come there peoples.hotel manager is bullshit.

The worst hotel in my entire travel life, pathetic. No option for negative ranking. "I had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was filthy—there were stains on the bed sheet, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable,even nail from mattress injured my kid and I couldn't get any sleep because of the noise from the street outside. The staff were unhelpful and rude when I complained. To top it off, the Wi-Fi barely worked, TV not working . In simple word it was a disaster stay in that hoteI would never recommend this place to anyone." It's a worst place I have ever visited it's not a hotel we can say that it's daramshala. And about staff completely unprofessional . If u ever visit this place u will realise that service staff is like romies ever starring at girls .. And about hotel intercom and AC not working at all not TVs working .. And about charges too high against what we are offered. Smelly rooms and bedsheets... Smelly bathroom .. no bathroom kit given nor any complementary breakfast is given ..this guys cook pava and serve there is no professional chef in hotel .. And about tea and coffee this guys just make it on 4th floor and serve and charges 30 rs for tea and 50rs for coffee and milk .. And main thing in night this guys are roaming in labbies for whole night ..As I had my nephew with me ..this are so smart that they have all the answers but if we ask for cleaning or for AC or TV not working they just put up their hand and say that all this electronic equipment are out dates... As per my experience just don book this hotel ever .. It would be more convenient to book daramshala... Completely unfare for our money... Our money is just unworth for this hotel.. I don't have no od manager or the owner of the hotel... I would like to inform them that their property is being misused.....

Rooms are clean, facilities are good but price is high. About 1 km from temple and walkable from railway station. Beds are quite comfortable.
