Hotel Shreenidhi

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I have ever tried in my life.here I cover all the points below the hot water is not coming so we are not able to take a bath. TV is not working and even can't on. The staff behaviour is not so good when I asked them about the problems in my room they just said tomorrow morning it will be done but not done the next morning The bedroom seat is also not good and I can't even sleep overnight. The washbasin is broken. The washroom is also dirty. Worst hotel ever 0/10.

Pathetic experience. Staff was ok with us. But owner charged double rates due to vacations still fine. But was continuously lying. Room was dirty. Windows, below basin area looked other corners like were not cleaned for many days. Height was they lied that TV is not working when I started comforting lied further that only our room has this issue. Reality was they had removed cell from remote of TV so that we should not watch and use electricity.

The hotel is walkable distance from Dwarka railway station. I booked a room with TV but the staff gave me the room without TV. I ask them to provide a new room with TV and they immediately provided me the new room as the hotel is mostly empty at that time. Also during my 2 days stay at the hotel, I faced water issue on the night of 1st day. The rooms is cleaned but it had bad odour. The thing that I like most about this hotel is the behaviour of the staff and service provided by them. Also normal, chilled drinking water is available 24*7.

Good hotel which is in close proximity to Dwarka railway station with really friendly behaviour from the staff. I’ll surely visit it again whenever I’ll be in Dwarka with my family.

This hotel is one of the few decent ones closest to Dwarka Railway Station and worth every penny. The Room's with Bathroom are bigger & spacious along with Double Bed, AC & TV. They provide clean towels, soap and drinking water upon arrival. They do have a Canteen for providing tea/coffee but the place lacks though an In-House restaurant which will benefit both the Hotel & Travellers if they start one in future.

The overall experience was good. The employees behaviour was also good and also provide a better service but the less stars for their change of behaviour while end of the stay .The employee strted acting rude while checking out which made end of our trip a bit bitter.
