Full Bed Review: I had a very bad experience staying at Daksh The Madhuvan Suites in Dwarka. From the moment we checked in, the problems started. The rooms were in terrible condition — no fan, no refrigerator, and overall poor maintenance. Basic facilities that any guest would expect were completely missing. We were shifted to another room, hoping for better comfort, but the second room was also disappointing. Nothing worked properly — from the lights to the plumbing — and still, no fan or fridge. It was clear that the hotel was not prepared to offer a comfortable stay. Room service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Whenever we called for help or reported a problem, the response was either delayed or ignored. No one seemed interested in solving the issues. The staff lacked professionalism and didn’t care about guest satisfaction. We had to remind them multiple times for basic things like water, towels, or cleaning — even then, the service was careless and late. There was no proper management or coordination among the staff. Overall, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. It completely ruined the experience of visiting a holy place like Dwarka. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re planning a trip, please look for better, more reliable options. This hotel needs serious improvement in infrastructure, staff behavior, room facilities, and service quality

I stay in 14/06/25 to 15/06/25 room nu. 212 My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room did not have a Refrigerator and fan.the staff was slow to respond and not helpful.On top of that, the shampoo,bodywasher provided expired in 2023. I have no intention of staying at this hotel again. I would not recommend it to my family or friends. Manager not responding. Also swimming pool water is so dirty and dead creatures. You have to call 3/4 times for something you want but not response.

Amazing Stay & Great Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel ambiance was relaxing, and the service was excellent.Looking forward to visiting again

Madhuvan Suites is located on the highway a few kms before the main Dwarkadhish temple, there is a restaurant/cafe and petrol pump next to the property. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was good in terms of options and taste and the service did not disappoint either. There are a couple of swings at the entrance and nicely maintained lawn to just relax. Overall it is a very good property to stay in if you are visiting Dwarka and are looking for a nice and safe property to stay. I had a pleasant stay in Madhuvan Suites. One negative thing about the hotel is that even though the swimming pool water was clean the water had small insects swimming in it.

Disappointing Experience at The Madhuvan Suites I recently stayed at Daksh - The Madhuvan Suites and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The swimming pool water was visibly unclean and cloudy, which raised serious hygiene concerns. During breakfast, the quality of food was extremely poor. The poha tasted like it had been pre-cooked, refrigerated, and then reheated in a microwave—definitely not fresh. The parathas were hard and difficult to chew, making the meal quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, when I asked for tea, the staff responded rudely, stating that the tea was on the platform and she would not be serving it. Such behavior from hotel staff is unacceptable and reflects a lack of basic hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting cleanliness, decent food, or courteous service

Very very hazardous environment at The Madhuvan Suites please beware with following points Breakfast - if you are comming with family guest this is not a place to stay you will remember your trip as bad nightmare where you promised brekfast inclusion but items not available in morning. Poha was refrigerated, paratha was half cooked. No juice available no staff for table cleaning. People were shouting at kitchen staff made a crowed entry to kitchen. Such a chaos. Do not come with family Staff behaviour - it's very very rude. Even if your are bit early to check in and ask for washroom you can feel their faces. They don't want to speak Gujarati. And also not willing to speak Hindi Room - broken furniture. Smelly curtains. No room service Bathroom - uncleaned, dirty, smelly bathrooms Swimming pool - Water was very dirty, unclean, every member of our group got itching and hair loss after just 30 minutes of bath. Please do not stay if you choosen it for swimming pool

If you like hustling in life and wasting your money, then plz book this hotel only. They don’t have enough workforce. They don’t have room facilities and services. Their restaurant is the worst ever experience I ever had. Very unprofessional staff and management. If I can have the option then I would not even rate them 1 star. Also as a proof sharing some images of people fighting in the restaurant and at front desk, due to their poor room and restaurant services. And also I would suggest that this 4.1 rating of this hotel is totally fake, and surely paid ratings, because just check the experience of others too, all of the original ratings will tell you the original scenario.

My experience was absolutely horrible. First, I was given a broken sofa cum bed. The TV connection wasn't working initially, and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. The cleanliness of the washroom was unacceptable—disgusting, to say the least. No slippers were provided, and I had to manage all this with a baby! Despite multiple requests, a kettle was not provided until much later. Cleanliness across the property was pathetic. The only saving grace was the behavior of the staff, which was decent—but that does not make up for the miserable stay. I’ve attached photographs as proof of this nightmare. If zero stars were an option, I’d give that without hesitation. In fact, my experience deserves a minus two. Absolutely disappointing!
