Room wasn't ready even after pre-booking, charged for extra water bottle as they said only one bottle is complimentary, to provide water is the responsibility of hotel, there is a lot of dirt under the bed, no sanitary towels and handwash.

No check in even after advance booking through agoda. They gave our two rooms to other guest on hourly basis. This hotel is pure randikhana. Dont bring your families here.

Worst rooms, zero cleanliness, full of mosquitoes, ultra dirty washrooms. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The reason why I am giving three star because it's not a good hotel to stay while booking from Fab Hotel website or any other website 1. If you add a breakfast you are not going to receive it as they told me sir we don't have a kitchen so we can give you breakfast but you have to pay an extra charge. 2. I guess it is mandatory for every hotel to provide towels,shampoos,soap they didn't provide me anything the very next day I went to shop and bought the stuff from there. 3. There were bugs 🐛 and mosquitoes 🦟 in the rooms although they provided me a Good night repellent. ( I'll recommend you not to come to this Hotel if you have this type of budget of around 2500 you can recommend this but I I am not going to recommend you you are not getting anything after paying that much amount)

The bed was dirty and burnt sheets. The covers were patchy and dirty. They showed us the room 404 and said no other rooms are available. It was stained with some sort of chemicals that removed its colors. Room smelled of some weird chemical. All the items were dusty and tainted. Bathroom was unclean and clogged at the sewer passage near shower. AC was broken and dirty. Everything was dirty. And they charged 1468 for that room. Please dont go here. When i exited the room to visit a place outside. They had cleaned other rooms and left its dirt on the veranda. With sheets and towels. No proper methods set up. Very bad experience.
