NillRooms are not clean. Dirt on the floor , all electric switch board covers gone, no proper light in bathroom. Geysers does not work properly . Washroom is dirty. They just need little money to upgrade hotel to the best one , but looks they don’t want to do it. I do not recommend it.

NillNot a good experience. I visited the hotel in morning. They showed my various rooms, but most of them were smelly. They mentioned they'll spray room freshener but I couldn't bear that smell. Rooms were small and paint was coming out of walls in some rooms. Neither of the rooms were decent ones. Nor the lighting was seeming good. Even the linen was not clean properly. Rooms seemed to be very dusky and the price asked was way too much for the kind of room being offered. They were asking around 2-2.5k/night, Which was not at all worth it. Advice -Visit the hotel before booking (if possible) Thanks for reading. Hope it helps you to make the right decision!

NillMy Worst Hotel Experience: A Cautionary Tale 🛑 When my parents visited me in Delhi for a wedding, I decided to book a hotel near the wedding hall to minimize travel hassles and ensure convenience. After browsing through Booking.com, I settled on FabExpress La Serene Gagan Vihar. The pictures looked great, the reviews seemed decent, and its proximity to the venue made it a convenient choice. However, I had a gut feeling to avoid this place—but I ignored it. That was my first mistake. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what unfolded: First Impressions: Reception Area The moment we stepped into the hotel premises, I knew I was in for trouble. Ambience: The floors were dirty, the sofa was tattered, and an unpleasant smell lingered in the air. Reception Staff: My first interaction with the receptionist was a disaster. I politely inquired about an extra mattress I had requested through Booking.com. While I understand requests are subject to availability, what I cannot accept is sheer rudeness. The receptionist snapped at me, and I had to call him out for his unprofessional behavior. Instead of offering alternatives, he continued to be dismissive. When I asked for water, he simply handed me a bottle without offering any basic courtesy. There wasn’t even staff to assist guests at check-in. The Room: A Nightmare Unfolds Here’s what greeted us in the room: Condition: Smelly, stinky, and poorly maintained. The furniture, switches, and ceiling were either broken or damaged. Dust was everywhere, and to top it off, the room was infested with mosquitoes. The hotel provided an All-Out mosquito repellent, but no other basic amenities. Missing Essentials: No towels No soap (only a questionable handwash in a dispenser) No hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom No iron (I had to order one from Blinkit, which speaks volumes). Additional Mattress: They charged me ₹500 for an extra mattress. When I woke up the next morning, I realized I’d been sleeping on what looked and felt like a dirt bag. I’ve attached pictures to showcase how awful it was. WiFi: A Comedy of Errors The hotel advertised free WiFi, but it was an absolute joke. The staff didn’t even know the password! They kept making me guess combinations like we were playing a game. When I finally approached the receptionist late at night to resolve this, he rudely dismissed me, saying it was working fine for him and that I should figure it out myself. He didn’t even bother looking up from his phone. Food Service: Overpriced and Subpar The hotel had a strict policy against outside food but conveniently plastered their own menu around the room, clearly suggesting they earn a commission from orders. I ordered tea for ₹40 per cup. What arrived was essentially hot water with a hint of tea leaves and sugar. It tasted so bad, it wasn’t even worth ₹10. For ₹2495 a night, this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From rude staff to poor room conditions, everything about FabExpress La Serene Gagan Vihar was disappointing. If you’re in Delhi, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are better options in places like Paharganj that offer more value and far better hospitality. Save yourself the frustration and money. Sometimes, trusting your gut is the best decision. I learned this the hard way.

NillNot so good experience as they don't have proper equipment. 1st their card machine is not working so they insisted in paying cash. But I refused so finally they brought 1 card machine to swipe the card. That was almost at 11-00 PM. Smelly passages and not so good service according to money they charge.
