I visited this hotel a day before and had enquired about the rates and had already told about my early checkin. The receptionist said that total charges will be 1500 and u csn check in whenevr u want to. I confirmed my booking and said that will visit tomorrow. The next mrng I gave my ids and did all my formalities and then the guy at the reception said that prices will be 1800. I said that u guys told 1500 yesterday and now u are denying it. The person was not at all cooperative and was rude too. He denied for the price they just quoted me yesterday and asked for extra charges. Pathetic service and experience. I cancelled my booking and looked for other hotel. I dont know where these guys did their training but handling their guests is one thing they are not good at. I dont know what to say to these king of people but atleast learn to be cooperative and stand on ur words.

The rooms were not clean and there was a very bad smell and the receptionist was not responsive to our queries.

Not worthy. Not value for money. All the images that were shown in the hotel description those are not real images, the real experience was worst. My experience was worst in this hotel because the condition of the room was very bad, all the electic boards were damaged , Room was smelling , and the staff did not change the room even after saying all the difficulties that I faced in that room . Finally my experience was worst in this hotel . Please go for other hotel

Not such a great place to stay. Supply water in the washroom stinks with the smell of sewage. The bed was clean and the staff was helpful though.
