Attended a banquet celebration. 1 - Clean 2 - Spacious 3 - Service too slow 4 - Service people - lack hrs training, in terms of clothing cleanliness and in terms of behaviour. 5 - Parking area needs more lighting !

Service is worst ... No drinking mineral & RO water after 11 pm .... The bedsheet & blanket in very bad condition, and the bathroom had low water pressure. Very bad room service I ever seen 🤮🤮🤮🤧🤧🤧😷😷😷

Rooms are decent. The hotel is big with good number of rooms and banquet. Good place for arranging party with stay. For solo travelers, nothing extraordinary. But food is exorbitantly priced, e.g., tea @ ₹55/-. It doesn't have that standard. Food is average, not much delicious. Breakfast menu consist 4 items only. As a solo traveler it was nice stay@ less than ₹1000/-.

Rooms are nothing like shown in the pictures.. Food quality not good at all. And actually costlier than it should be, as per the quality.. They provided a 5 Rs soap and a small pouch of shampoo in the name of toiletries.. Totally not worth it.. Only two things that are good about this hotel are 1- location 2- attitude of the people working here.. Decision is yours..

Room not properly sanitised. Washroom was neat and cleaned. Delay in room service. Food is very costly and they don’t provide cutlery if you order food from outside. ACs are not maintained properly, its full of dust and doesn’t work well. Also i didn’t like the mattress present in the room, it gave me body pains. Staff behaviour was polite and they were cooperative.

I had attended a marriage event at this hotel. First of all the parking area is sufficient with security guards. The hotel staffs are polite and helpful. The decorations of the hotel is a classy one. Food is delicious. Cost wise it's slightly above the economical cost, we could say a bit expensive.

So reviewing after a days stay :- Arrived at the hotel at 4 am. The check in process was a little slow but understandable as we did arrive way too early. The room alloted was relatively clean, the pillows however had spot stains on them. The air conditioning was up to mark. We had booked the room for two people but only one set of toiletries had been provided. The towels were clean. The toilets was clean but had a minor amount of water seepage destroying the clean look. Oyo did charge a early checkin in fee, the total fee came upto equivalent of two days rent. However breakfast was not provided. The check out process was swift and no nonsense. Conclusion:> while catering to large parties I think single room bookings take less priority and get the less classier rooms. But the over all experience can be classified as okayish. Would I stay again there? For the price quaoted probably not. If there is a discount Maybe.
