Hotel The Sudesh

Although it was a suite they haven't provided us with basic amenities like towel, water bottle, toilet paper, Handwash, drinking glass, kettle. Jetspray was leaking, room was not cleaned properly, pillow was dirty, door mat was dirty, exhaust fan was making so much noise, telephone was not working, TV was very basic and shows very basic channels, bathtub was very dirty.

Beware of This Unhygienic Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a nightmare. The bathroom was filthy, with stains everywhere and a terrible odor. The shower barely worked, and the sink was clogged. To make things worse, I found broken glass on the floor, which was extremely dangerous. The bedsheets were dirty, and the room had a musty smell. Housekeeping was nonexistent, and the overall hygiene was appalling. This place is completely unlivable and unsafe. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth the risk to your health and safety!

Hotel Sudesh is rated HIGH which I feel is not proper after staying in the same property for 2 days. Rooms are spacious but upkeep of Hotel is below average. On entering the rooms, I feel the stinky smell, rooms was not properly maintained, everywhere stain, dust were being seen. The chairs cushion could seen dirty from the shared picture, dust in entire area noticeable. Room cleanliness is a major issue.

Worst hotel I stayed ever, Providing 1 star is my boundation to give, No cleanliness, No Room Service, No proper Management, Room was totally unhygienic I'll not recommend anyone to stay here

Surprisingly Very nice hotel. The location is very near to railway station. The road leading to hotel may not be very posh but I can assure hotel is very nice from inside. If you are staying for longer duration, they give discount too. Food is nice. Small issues may happen but great budget deal. No issues of cleaning or anything, for mosquito all out is in room

Amazing hotel. Very polite and nice staff. Positive vibe. Guarded 24/7. Very close to railway station. Neat clean and newly built rooms. Chilled Ro water facility available free of cost even in summers. Great hospitality.

Worst hotel ever. Incompetent and unprofessional manager. Bad mattresses. Water coming out from ac. Ac not working. Toilet seat dirty. Cockroach in cupboard, bathroom and room walls. No wifi provided. Hot water not coming in evening. Flush not working. A nightmare
