OYO Flagship 26612 Phoenix Inn

It was a very unpleasant stay in this hotel because of firstly unavailability of an AC room so provided an alternate non AC room for some hours which was very compact and after in the AC room the control of AC switch was in the reception and they turned off at night and cooling power was very low 16°C it was feeling hot and perspiration in the mid of night when in morning electricity gone the AC was switched off until I asked to on. And the behavior of the manager was Very unfair and behaved like providing free stay. So my suggestion is not to stay in this hotel because the rooms are more compact than in train AC First class.

I would have rated in negative, if that was possible...If you want to know the reason, read the incident below: I reached the hotel at about 12 noon. I asked the person at the reception to check my booking. Upon verifying, my name and other details, he confirmed that there is booking in my name with payment at the hotel. He immediately talked to other person who was sitting on the Sofa near the reception and inform the details. The other person rudely told me that he can't give the room at the booked price. I need to cancel the booking and pay 800/- to get the room. I refused this and inform him that he should have quoted this price only online and if the booking is done at lower price for whatever reason, he should honour the booking and allot me appropriate room. As he refused my requested, I told him that I will complaint to Oyo about the same. He told me he doesn't care about the complaint and nothing is going to happen. Since I didn't buzz and insisted on my stance, he immediately snatched my mobile and also took my luggage in his custody. He started abusing badly (I can't elaborate what all words he used in vernacular language but any person with common sense can easily understand the same). He also made ill comments about my religion (He is a Muslim), location, height, weight, skin color and all such things. He kept abusing and bullying it for almost an hour when he kept my mobile and luggage and didn't allow me to leave the premises unless I tell him my mobile PIN so that he can cancel my booking forcefully. At last, I had to tell him the same as I had to go for a scheduled meeting. He cancelled my booking through my mobile. He then called a local OYO person and inform him that about the same so that no action should be initiated against him and even if there is any action, the OYO person should take care of the same. All this conversation happened in front of him just to demonstrate his power.

Worst experience ever. Staffs are lazy, management is also worst. Jaise rooms ki photos thi vaisa room bilkul nahi tha exact opposite tha ek dam bekar Don't stay here. They are liar's if we booked hotel from oyo but they get spot bookings and increase room rent price , when we check-out.

Worst experience i ever had, owner instead of taking care of his hotel, love to interfere in personal life of people. Rooms are small and water leaking from AC's. Service are also not good. Overall experience (.5/10)

Room service was very worst, and room was good but maintenance is very bad No hot water service, NOT WIFI SERVICE, TV IS INSERTED ROOM BUT NOT WORKING, AND NORMAL SEELING FAN ALSO NOT THEAIR, SMALL COOLAR IS HEAR BUT NOT PROPER CONDITION THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE MY REVIEW IS 10 OUT OF 10/4

I had a horrible experience. I booked a room via Oyo. I called them around 5 AM and the guy picked up my call and said no rooms are available. Rooms will be available after 7 AM. Such a pathetic experience I had.

One of the best hotels in Raipur. Affordable prices. Well trained staff and cleanliness is also good. High speed Wifi for free and beautiful rooms. (AC/Non AC both). Safe for family. Just a 300 metres walk from Raipur Railway Station. Situated just on road (100 metres) and near to bus stand and Fafadih Chowk. Easy access to market.
