Worst behaviour of hotel staff Very rude ,even they shout on asking something like they are allowing to stay for free. Giving the same room for lower prices to others in front of me,and asking why they gave me on higher prices even if will further book for 4more days they start shouting and fighting. No any details to contact manager or owner ,don't stay on such property,where there is no support for guests not even a normal behaviour. They behave like I am staying in dharamsala

The bedsheets and towels were not the best, but the room were still clean. Also, the staff were sweet. The owner/the one sitting in the reception was a very rude person. Seemed like the staff were not treated with respect. Asked a staff to use the stair instead of the lift. I don't believe it is the way one has to be treated in this time and age. I hope they change the way they treat their employees, with a little bit more humanity.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive the hotel is at walkable distance from railway station which makes it more convenient for all would definitely visit again

The rooms were clean & very comfortable they went over and beyond to help make our stay was comfortable I appreciate the hotel staff as its just opposite railway station which makes it more convenient

Very bad experince in stay of 2 days. First of all Hotel managers are very rude and non cooperative. One manager Santosh is very rude and behave badly. I left 1 luggage in room, which was not returned to me. Pl stay at your own risk.

Rooms were decent in quality but overall behavior of staff can be better. Room service needs little efforts to improve. Except from that our stay was comfortable.

I was surprised to see such comfortable rooms at a decent price ambience and hospitality steals the show management team as whole is very courteous and welcoming railway station is at walking distance which makes it really convenient. Would definitely stay here again...

I highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable peaceful and hassle free stay it’s just opposite railway station very convenient to travel anywhere in the city the staff were helpful & friendly👍
