Hotel Raipur Inn

Please avoid staying in this pathetic hotel. Now let’s describe word Pathetic from Hotel reference. 1. All rooms are filled with Cockroaches (small, medium and very small) 2. Toilet seat is unclean and broken. Faucet is located in wrong location so cleaning your bum will take extra effort. 3. Restaurant is non functional. 4. Air conditioning in my room (Room No 209) was not working but after repeated informing to reception no one rectified. 5. The hotel staff doesn’t give a damn about you. 6. Room cleaning staff are so dumb that if they take the used towel they don’t place the replacement towel. They don’t feel the need to place the complimentary water bottle. So ultimately the verdict is please book nearby hotels like “Royal Ambience”. “Simran Heritage” but avoid staying in this garbage Hotel.

Very Horrible experience, Ac not working,Rooms are not fresh feeling suffocating, Water supply was not in washroom. How to fresh n up was a big challenge. Manager did not have any answer. Never visit again

Not provided proper parking , stay ready for moved your vehicle so many times and scratches also . Too much dusty bed sheat, ugly rooms , ac not working any room they shifted 3-3 room not available ac remote also, check in time they said complimentary breakfast but not provided, receptionist behaviour is very rude. I can't stay next time in this property 😔

Though the Hotel Raipur Inn is located near railway station , it has so many issues regarding room service and customer dealing. Don't come with family because you will get disappointed with multiple issues. *They first took to the room where Washroom pipe and flush are not working. I requested to change the room. *Then they changed the room and it was horrific.. worms are moving through the floor as floor is that much dirty.. *Then they took to the other room where bathroom lock is not working. Moreover AC in the room is functioning only in certain temperature which is adjusted by the hotel management. * They have shown multiple rooms and all of those rooms were unhygienic and stinky. * Eventually they show up a room which is just cleaned, where the switch board is hanging out from the wall and Washroom 's flush is leaking always. * All of these rooms are smelling bad and they are not using any air fresheners. *They are least bothered to supply basic amenities like water and toilet soaps which I got only after addressing them. * Building is very old and you can see so many patch works which is yet to be finished throughout the way when you walking into rooms. *AC is as much old as it is looking like minimum 2 decades of age.. * Since I have checked in during night hours , I am forced to stay in this worst place for one night. * Room boy, receptionist lady, and other two male staffs behaved irresponsibly to the complaint that I have raised. *They are charging Rs 2000 for single AC room for one day which is more than anything considering the service they are providing. That's why I decided to write a review to address these all issues to the higher authorities of the Hotel Raipur Inn. Hope they will correct all these issues in future.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was non-existent, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the room was not clean at all, and it was clear that proper housekeeping hadn’t been done. To make matters worse, the staff was inattentive and didn’t seem to care about addressing any of the issues. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. One star.
