OYO 4940 Hotel Sea Rock

Unexpected experience I have got staying this hotel. Location is good. Behaviour of the stuff is also good. But rooms are Stinky. Even after mopping and room fresher smell remains. Floors are old and broke. Not maintened properly. Even after seeing good review I booked the hotel. But the experience is not good but the stuffs are polite. Cheap. Budget hotel. If you have to stay one night you can book. Mainly it is popular due to having bar.

Disgusting hotel. Booked in a hurry because we were late. Reached there and it was shady from the start. Rooms were cramped and toilets were disgusting. There were cockroaches and some alien insects in the toilet. We ran as fast as we could late midnight from the hotel. Please please burn this hotel down. It's a public safety issue. It's your nightmare hotel. Definitely gave out vibes of some spooky shady illegal business.

It's just budget hotel to sleep in night. Room,Bathroom not having ventilation. AC is working fine.rooms just manageable as it open directly to the corner of bed.bathroom no towel no soap no ventilation. BAR is at ground floor where as lift is at other side.good for garment commercial person, not recommended for family.

Pathetic! The hotel itself looks shady. Not safe for women travelling alone. Reception remains empty. I had to go upstairs to find the receptionist out. Rooms are very dirty, unhygienic. Also when I left the hotel, no one was there. Never did I receive any call enquiring why did I leave. Also ever after complaining, never received any support From OYO, which is highly disappointing. Guess guests put up as they have a BAR. Otherwise plz refrain from booking this one. OYO plz do some groundwork before tying up.

Location is very good. Rooms are neat & clean. You can find enough space for your work. Staffs are well behaved.

Good place to stay, just pathways are little small.... Near to market n food zone makes a plus point..... Just one thing recharge your STB's no one want to see DD Channels.....

Simple one But a great ok Specialy Mr Tiwari jee at reception very cool & heart touching person & his Assistant too.

Location is superb. rooms are good. Service is satisfactory. Ambience is good.
