Hotel Sitayan

Sitayan Hotel has become more of a marriage hall than a hotel. They falsely show room availability, don’t honor bookings, and prioritize wedding events over guests. Loud music, no parking for residents, and a chaotic atmosphere are common. Staff is rude and unhelpful, and management clearly doesn’t care. The property charges premium rates but delivers a poor experience. Old management was far better – the charm is gone. Sharing this so others don’t get misled. Avoid at all costs.

In night mouse is running in room. I called receptionist then he sifted me in other room. I thik it is too o ld hotel it should be renovated now.

Very poor service and pathetic food..even small caterers can cook better than sitayan so called chefs. I booked it for my ceremony on no of plates and their food was of third class quality and services were also very poor, Ac were not working. If you go to them they say it happens like this only here. So if you are planning to book it for marriages and cermony, avoid it. You will regret if you book it for your function.

Very bad services. Rates are also high. Basic amenities not provided by Hotel. Dirty bathroom with dirty smell. If you ask anyone for basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, comb, tv remote, ac remote, bath soap then they have not available. Walls are dumped. Then what is the meaning to stay here...This is totally third grade Hotel..

I have been stay for one night in this place. You won’t get any good hotel. This is only one okay okay option you can have you cannot expect the staff or not so professional and food or hopeless you always get less cooked food When I ordered chicken Munchau they gave me veg and after telling him it is a veg. Then he bring chicken after eating it they it . . First day it is good but each and every item of restaurant is hopeless. I will advise you to avoid it and try to do Swiggy from another restaurants.
