Hotel Sai Residency

Sitamarhi is a small town so this hotel is actually pretty good in overall ambience and facilities considered from that angle . Reasonably priced . Rooms are okay ,not that stylish but sufficient. The toilet is Indian one ,so a bit inconvenient . Location is on the Dumra road and not exactly in proper Sitamarhi but one can reach proper town in tempo in 10 minutes. Janaki temple is located around 7 Kms from here . Restaurant is very good and offers proper Indian food. Overall ,a very good stay

The place looks okay from outside however the moment you step into any of the rooms, you realize that the hotel is shabbily maintained. There is dampness all around. Bathrooms and toilets have a lot to improve. The rooms only have bare minimum amenities.

I had never experience this kind of poor service. I would not recommend anyone to choose this place either for Parties or dinning. We organized one small get together at this place and we ordered our food at 7:00 PM and food was served at 8:40 PM.

Big and spacious Hotel with multi cuisin restraunt and good rooms. Only the thing is that rooms are a bit small as compared to price. Rest of everything including staff behaviour is good. I have also update managers no.

Sorely in need of maintenance. New management took over couple of months back and things might change. The bathrooms have zero ventilation. The almirahs have raw wood inside. Dampness in many rooms. Helpful manager but there is only as much that one can do.

Rooms are very clean (407) even after lockdown.....staffs are less but supportive room service is good....in the restaurant South Indian dishes r not available right now......over all good hotel in Sitamarhi Bihar.....🥳🥳

Hotel sai restaurant is one of the most amazing restaurants. The taste is very good and reliable. The rooms are spacious and the food offered by the restaurant is very amazing. The hotel is easily accessible by all means of transportation.

Most luxurious hotel in the Sitamarhi with reasonable tariffs. The service is very nice and the taste of the food of its restaurant is worth paying for. A perfect destination for sojourn in all aspects.
