OYO Hotel Sri Deepika Ramachandran Residency

Terrible experience with this hotel. The rooms are not maintained properly and there's no concept of customer service during the stay here. The people who run this hotel are very unprofessional and talk in a bad tone when requested for something. Not worth even for 200 rupees as you will find bugs and ants on the mattress, soiled blankets, dingy lighting, unnecessary gaps or holes in room's ceiling and walls. Tried to use the water geyser, and ended up getting electrical shock when the water tap is touched. Even the elevator is so bad and small in size, not more than 2 people can fit in, without luggage. G You shouldn't book this hotel unless you want a bad experience with your stay.

The overall cleanliness was subpar, and the room had a stale odor that was impossible to ignore. The service was equally disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and seemed indifferent to the concerns raised by guests. Simple requests went unaddressed, and there was a noticeable absence of any genuine hospitality. The noise level within the property was unbearable, with little regard for guests' peace and comfort. The lack of soundproofing exacerbated an already unpleasant stay. It is disheartening that Oyo, a platform I had trusted for quality accommodations, is associated with such a poorly managed property. Sri Deepika Ramachandran Residency falls far below the standards one would expect, even from budget accommodations. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Sri Deepika Ramachandran Residency for your stay. Oyo, as a reputable platform, should reconsider its association with properties that fail to meet basic standards of cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to potential guests and prompts improvement from both the property management and Oyo in ensuring the quality of accommodations they offer.

They are not maintaining cleanliness on the cot , like washed bed sheet and pillow cover, they are not provided Blancket, when I asked in reception he was not ready to provided, very much disappointed in his behaviour and response of receptionist. When I reported to customer care then they provide ded used Blancket. Totally disappointed.

The room is not clean and they charge extra for Oyo booked check in and the bedsheets are unwashed and have stains on it . At night there are a lot of insects coming up on the bed from the mattress. I nearly killed 20 of those blood sucking insects (Nallilu in Telugu).They offer it to unmarried couples and rooms are not safe at all . There's a lot of noise at night from the rooms above. Ac , Fan and TV turns on but doesn't work at all.

One of waste hotel visited in my entire life. I suggest please don't come any one to this hotel because there is no cleaning of beds, not well maintained rooms, no towel and many more importantly you have bed bugs in bed.

They behave rude to the customers. Don't book this hotel through online platform like Oyo because residency management charges extra money after arrival(charged me 1000/-extra per room for one night) and rooms are untidy ,ac and geyser are not working, doors of the bathroom got no lock... overall it's better to skip this type of residences 0/5

Very bad experience with this booking. They don't know how to treat customers. They are cheaters and whenever you visited their with online booking,they will provide rooms. Always ask to pay extra money if you need. They are cheaters seating over there. Oyo and go ibibo have to cancel this bad hotel from their list than nobody knows such fools. No one will come second time over there. Oyo and go ibibo kindly note these things. If you can book than provide services Otherwise no need to take such pathetic hotel bookings. Ek dum ghatiya hotel and service providers.

Bad experience!! Booked through OYO app and was promised 24hr check-in by oyo..But upon reaching hotel, gate was locked. Called reception and nobody picked up.. Was made to stand on the road at night till 6AM when the arrogant security guard woke up and opened the gate.. Then they demanded extra money than what I was actually supposed to pay.. Will never visit 2nd time.. Not giving 1 star only because of location which is ok
