Palm Beach Hotel

Been here countless number of times and this place nor the management ever disappoints. Right from the reception to the food, to the service they make sure the time spent I spend there is pleasant. The butter chicken though was surprisingly not up to the mark today; while the coconut rice and momos are hands down 'made just for me' (I'm highly spice intolerant).

I wouldn't usually take the effort to write this review however on 22nd August morning the incharge who was handling the buffet Hasn't allowed my friend stating clothes are wet. We agreed not to sit and just pickup a bowl of watermelon even though we paid for the buffet. There was chocolate shake in the menu and right behind on the wall were cockroaches. The person who is so strict about clothes also made a snide comment that we can't take the watermelon bowl. Agreed. Now there are multiple reviews about cockroaches in these very reviews under this hotel. The staff and service the receptionist are arrogant. There was far better service in Vizag in a 3 star hotel. Also adding to this they added pepper chicken to my room service where in I didn't order a single dish. Gladly the manager was available at the checkout we didn't have to go through the hassle of excess explanation. I would highly recommend y'all to prefer another hotel. And if any manager seeing this I would actually request them to re-teach the incharge of the buffet assigned on this date to give him some training how to convey anything in a respectful manner. Just wearing a uniform and not knowing what service means is a complete downfall to this place. The pool rooms etc were fine. The only and only drawback is the staff.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The resort is very old and poorly maintained. The rooms lacked proper ventilation, and the floors were constantly wet, creating an uncomfortable environment. The private beach was a major letdown, with mixed water quality that seemed contaminated with drainage. The swimming pool was also in poor condition and did not feel clean or well-kept. Despite the high price we paid for a single day’s stay, there were no kids’ activities available, which was very disappointing. The only advantage of this resort is its location, but beyond that, it fails to meet expectations. Overall, not worth the cost.

Rooms are very poorly maintained - saw cockroaches, had foul smells, bedsheets were stained. Room service and housekeeping is also very poorly managed where I had to call multiple times and eventually call the manager to come and help. Housekeeping staff refused to change a stained bedsheet saying this is with all other sheets. Common areas are not cleaned regularly there was rain water spread which was not cleaned in 3 nights stay I did. Location is excellent and that's why they charge so much. Breakfast was also good but regular dining doesn't have a lot of good options.

Execellent stay.. we stayed 4 days along with my 14 months baby.. nice management.. service is too good.. beach view from my room is awsome.. we had a great time.. thank u vijay sir and fahim sir..the managers..

Very poor quality of rooms and hotel amenities agains Price, makemytrip, cleartrip please update your review agains paid marketing The hotel is a very old property no lift to 1st floor

Rooms are avarage the property is good with zero maintainance you will not get the value for money|The restaurant is also not so good food is not upto the mark |Menu card is very tempting but they don't know how to cook methi chaman and coconut rice ( kobari annam) basic in Andhra |The staff are helpless trying their best to cover the lapses|O

Very poorly maintained and highly expensive Other than the fact that it’s near to RK beach there is nothing special it’s nit a resort too it’s just a hotel with very less space, honestly poorest maintainence it’s worst than 2 star hotel We went to the terrace and we can see cigarettes and shit there, the chairs were also nit cleaned When we checkin in the balcony was no cleaned in our room I don’t understand why they are costing so much high price for such a poor maintained hotel It’s near RK beach I agree, but if tourists visit there are so many other places in Vizag which are far I suggest tourists to take a hotel mid point rather than simply going by the distance and rent a bike or car this will cost you much less price
