Ritz Comfort

My friend booked a room here while visiting with his family last month. The rooms are nice and the this place is located less than 2kms from the railway station. The service was good too. However, the only reason he booked this hotel (even though he can book any of the other 30 plus hotels in the same price range and with the same amnesties and for the same price was - Location. This hotel marks their location as situated 100 meters away from the first railway platform on all hotel booking platforms. However, the place is 2 km away and frankly, my friend could have chosen something better. When we asked about this at the hotel reception, they casually mentioned that all autowalas know their hotel and they will drop them for only 100 bucks. The Shift Manager even went on to say that all the hotels are doing this now-a-days and this is done for business. He could not cancel this reservation cos he paid almost a month in advance and last minute bookings cost a lot. Even the hotel know about this and I guess that's how they do most of their business.

Very good hotel. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good. We have booked the room at Rs 2800 for one day.

Away from the beaches but very close to the railway station, rooms are spacious, very friendly staff, good quality food , an overall comfortable stay

Be careful with these types of hotels.. they will have cameras in the rooms.. even you book basic cost room that single beds.. they say and give you queen size bed to couple. for same price... Be very care full.. .very suspicious

Needs to be improved in cleanliness and service a lot. No proper customer care. Only advantage is the restaurant where the food taste and quality is good.
