A very good hotel for stay in Vishakhapattanam. Next to Big Bazaar in railway station colony. Twin bed rooms are good if you are going with business trips. Non AC rooms are good, but bathroom locks not working properly. Hit water available. Room service is also great. Accessibility is great with great connectivity.

First of all I want to say don't stay in this hotel If you want to stay ,don't book through online ,if you book through online they will treat you like a criminal (why becoz simply they will say you done booking through online hence prices will be less for hotel 😆 obivosoly you can understand how they will treat you). Second thing is that they will not allow even 1 hour early check -in (upon request they will charge 200 per hour 😂 this is extra penalty bonus ) this is horrible experience ,usually hotels will provide early check in based on room avaibility but here they will do with money only. Third thing is that person who sits in reception is arrogant and will not speak polite or respecyful way.infact he don't know how to talk with customers . Fourth thing is that cleaninliness and hygiene is not upto mark ,you will get mosquito in bonus way. If you ask me any postive thing about hotel only location 😂 which is near to Railway station .

Our booking was on 16-17 July. The check in time here is 10am and the check out is at 9am morning. 1.Due to delay in train from Araku we reached at 10.30 pm (12 hrs late) but still our room was not arranged at all. We had to wait an hour before our room was ready. 2.Even after paying for 3 Adults and 1 kid they refused to provide proper bedding for the four of us. Also, the room was very small to accommodate us. 3. Additionally, they didn't consider to extend the check out time till 12 even after multiple requests (although we entered 12 hrs later). We had to pay 500/- more in order to stay till 1pm. Very rude and inconsiderate behaviour from hotel staff. Please do not book this hotel.

The language barrier was there. The waiters and room service asked for tips even for the smallest services, like bringing pillows and blankets. Water issue, AC issue. The food was good, but the chicken is spicy yet tasty. Not worth 3200 per night. The best thing is the terrace view, where me and my brother we spent quality time. The night view of Vizag.

Worst experience ever, staffs were very rude,I booked room for 3 persons, they gave a queen size cot and when we asked them for an extra mattress they gave the dirtiest mattress which was full of dust, bedsheets were stained, room was not tidy and they didn't give any room cleaning service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My check in was at 12.00 and I reached the hotel by 11.35 with 7 pieces of luggage and I needed to do my office work too, the receptionist asked the owner as the room was vacant but he didnot let me check in until 12, it wasn't an AC room too, so the same fan lights would have been used in room which I was using in reception, but not sure if they even understand the essence of hospitality even after being in this industry. I found it expensive too, mosquitoes were another challenge, but the rooms and washrooms are tidy.

Room services are really bad ! They don't come to clean the room, even if they are called. They come very lately ! The AC in the room stops working at night !
