Hotel Sai Ratna Residency

Such pathetic person in the reception. We checked in early at 2 am they said we can check out at 7am but when we went to pay just before the night of leaving, they said we need to check out at 2 am and if we stay for even one more hour, they will charge us the full amount! We had a 3 year and a 9 year old kid. We asked them to take more money and let us stay till 7am but they said no and I am damnn sure it's because we declined their scam tour offer(normal price-7k, they asked 9k | we booked the same travels with 7k). Had to check out at 2am Apart from these things, they don't clean the room, no towels are provided, you have to ask again and again. They just act sweet when you check in. After your check in they treat you like you are staying there for free. Worst spot to stay!

First and most importantly the owner doesn’t know any manners… He is a nonsense fellow… After taking money he didn’t give the room which he had shown while showing us the rooms before checkin…he often changes the room saying this is not available….behaves very rudely.. Room service very very bad No water for drinking No one comes to clean the room even after saying several times.. Hot water not available No dustbin .. dirty door mats .. wifi not in range when u be inside room…. Dirty bedsheets

It is an excellent hotel with clean room and toilet with 24 hour hot and cold water. Hotel staffs are very much co operative. The restaurant is also good with yummy foods. Heard it is one of the best restaurant in Vishakhapatnam. Room service is also good. One meal is more than enough for two person. Clean towels and bedsheets provided. Location is also very good in centre of city.

Don't expect much from the hotel staff, had been stayed here for a month. The room was not cleaned for most of the days, after complaining several times they used to send the cleaning staff. Bedding was not done on daily basis. The bed is made of springs which is not comfortable to sleep. The bathroom was pathetic as the water stagnant at the corners of toilet basin floor. AC was turned off during the stay in room, as per rule after submitting the key to reception then only they can switch off the AC. No drinking hot water was provided.

Stayed here for couple of days for a wedding. Hot water in the room was not working. Room's were not clean. Mattress on the bed was horrible...even after having a pillow under bed you still feel like your head is going down ( same experience for all other friends in other rooms). Sai Ram parlour is just next to it making it a good place for dinner , lunch or breakfast.

Worst hotel to stay. Went to Visakhapatnam for my friend's marriage and he booked room here. Room is not clean. Bathroom door is not working. Fan is not working. A/C is of no use. They charge premium, but the rooms are not premium. Only good thing is it's near to bus station. Utter waste.

For people who is going for official purpose & need bill pls don't book this hotel. Really had a bad experience with the staff for getting my hotel bill. While checkout time they didn't gave the bill as the staff said that he don't know how to generate the bill from computer & assured me to send by mail. After that I called around 15 times & it take 2 days to get the bill. I don't know why they need this much time to get the bill ready. Room is ok..
