Taj Tirupati

Lovely experience during our 2 day stay at Taj Tirupati. Warm welcome with drinks. Before you eanter there is a pandit ji who welcomes you with tulsi beads maala and blows into the shank for you. Staff at the reception welcomes you very nicely and professionally. Rooms are big, clean and properly maintained. Room.servixe is excellent. No matter where you go all the staff greets you everything. They even help you taking pictures in case you need someone to click pics with your family. Food was awesome. Every item was perfect. Their restaurant name is Varuna and staff there is so helpful. They talk very nicely if you have any questions and assist very professionally. They have their packages for sightseeing. First day we took the package for tirupati darshan. Driver (Mani) was very professional and understanding. He drive very safely the whole day and was very informative and kept telling us everything about different places and its significance. Next day we took the package for local temples. Personally that package was not worth the price paid. I think they should lower the price for that. Overall lovely experience. Will definitely stay again at Taj. 10/10

Neat Clean luxurious property, hospitable and friendly english speaking staff. Rooms were clean. The food at the coffee shop was good. The Veg and Non-veg thali at the south Indian resturant was very good and highly recommend.

I would like to share my experience during my ongoing stay at Taj Tirupati. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the property overall is well-maintained. We are here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, a milestone we chose to commemorate with the Taj brand because of its reputation for exceptional service and hospitality. While most aspects of our stay have been pleasant, I regret to share that our experience at the Southern Spice restaurant was below expectations. During dinner, we ordered a few dishes and specifically requested that all items be prepared with minimal spice. A few minutes after placing our order, one of the associates approached us and remarked that we had ordered too much food and might not be able to finish it. While I genuinely appreciate the intention to help us avoid food wastage, the way the message was delivered was inappropriate and came across as rude. The associate’s comment—suggesting that “many people don’t get food to eat” and that we should reduce our order—felt condescending and out of place in a hospitality setting. Feedback about portion sizes can certainly be shared more courteously and professionally. Moreover, despite our clear request for low spice levels, all the dishes served were extremely spicy. Even the curd rice contained chopped green chilies, which made it difficult for us to enjoy the meal. This was disappointing, especially since we had clearly emphasized our dietary preference. This experience fell short of the high standards we associate with the Taj brand and unfortunately dampened what was meant to be a special celebration. We still have one more day of our stay, but based on this experience, I’m uncertain if I would choose this property again in the future. I hope you take this feedback in the spirit intended — to help ensure that future guests have a truly seamless and memorable Taj experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Tirupati. The hospitality, cleanliness, and ambience were exceptional. Staff were courteous and always ready to help. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tirupati for a peaceful and luxurious experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Tirupati. The hospitality was excellent and the team was always helpful and available ||||A genuine applaud and appreciation to Mr. Ritesh Chaudhary, the General Manager. I have been to so many Taj but never seen any GM working like this , when ever we crossed front desk or lobby we found him and his team always available and on their toes ,Especially because of his involvement all the other teams were perfectly aligned .||||A very special and heartfelt thanks to Mr .Dhanush Raman at the Front Office who I Mostly interacted and requested for nearly all services though Mostly not of his department 😊, ||The flag bearer of Tajness , his accessibility and down to earth approach is infectious .||||A special mention to Anjali Chaudhary for taking great care of our baby.||||Mr. Gandhi from Laundry & Housekeeping ensured laundry was delivered in odd hours too .||Housekeeping was perfect , no flaws ||||Because of all the Taj Tirupati team, my stay became very Comfortable and my family had a blissful Darshan of Lord Venkateshwara 🙏🏻||||Many thanks and accolades to Taj Tirupati team

Immensely supportive and polite staff. I wanted to wish someone staying there for their birthday when i was out of town. Unsure if they'd be able to take the request and send a surprise right at 12AM but guys, Taj's has always lived upto my expectations. I was connected to Jatin from their team and he coordinated so well with me. He even arranged the flowers on my request apart from my order and did not even charge a penny for that. I insisted that I want to tip him atleast, he straight up denied. That's professionalism, that shows how dedicated they are in providing the best customer experience without any expectations. Thank you Jatin for making the surprise special, I shall always stay at Taj when I visit Tirupati.
