Overall a good place to stay. Good infrastructure great rooms but service would be an issue. As they don’t have own restaurant/kitchen they use external vendors for food and other items including tea. Food or any other item ordered via hotel would be costly and of low quality. Further they will charge good amount as delivery charges and expect some money in tips in every order apart from delivery charges. Better go outside and search food for yourself. They don’t care about regular cleaning of rooms and will clean room after your check out. Replaceable offering like water bottles, towels, shampoo/soaps are only given once irrespective of your stay length. Would be a better place if they improve in service area.

They say it's pretty new, but it doesn't look like so. However, the ambience and appearance is quiet good. The cost per night 1500 INR is quiet expensive. I stayed 2 days and there is no hot water despite noticing the management 4-5 times and the washroom is stinking throughout. Looks like there is no maintenance staff as they didn't come to clean the room in my two days stay. The bed and pillow are full of hair and the receptionist Reddappa doesn't even pay attention to their guests problems. The place is adjacent to temple and you can walk up to temple anytime. You have to spend 100 rupees every time for auto to travel to bus station and railway station. Please avoid this place as there are pretty good and excellent hotels situated exactly at the centre of the city for moderate price and they are just few steps away from railway n bus station.

This place looks good from outside. It is clean too near reception and in lift. Rooms are not properly maintained. Though new, bathrooms are stinking and titles are damaged already. No HOT water at all during my 2 days stay. As Tirupathi is hot in Summer, I managed with cold water for bathing and brushing. Person by name Reddappa is very rude in his behavior and hungs up the phone if you call from the room for any service. Other staff look decent enough but no proper co-ordination among themselves. If you walk-in, the charges are more. It is always good to book online in OYO rooms website. Also, one person says breakfast is not complimentary and other person says it is not. They bring food from outside as they do not have inhouse kitchen. For Breakfast, you get : 2 idli, 1 vada, sambar, chutney and little pongal. This is the same for all on all days for breakfast. They gave water bottle when we first arrived. Room was not cleaned properly. Soap wrapers, hair lint on the floor and bed. AC works well. TV has limited channels. Precisely, the place is good for a day stay. This place is 5 kms far from the actual city. Walkable to Padmavathi Ammavari Temple. You get autos and OLA cabs but the charges are very high. Auto guys demand a lot.

Good location in tiruchannoor. Very close to padmavathi temple. Part time rooms when convention hall isnt booked. rooms themselves are large spacious and non musty. Bathroom is reasonably clean. Amenities are bare. lots of mosquitos and very few liquidators. linen could be cleaner Bathroom fixtures need maintainance Tv as they mention has only free programs and nothing else. Only single helper sometimes. No attached restaurant. But anand bhavan near padmavathi temple walkable and good though lacking variety. car patking open area. No security.

Good place. It's neither small nor big. Hall is clean and neat. Hall can accommodate more people as there is a balcony. Parking is there but few cars only can park. Road leading to this marriage Hall will be busy on Saturdays as there are temples around this hall. But parking is manageable. Hall looks new. Over all good one.

Great place for function like engagement, reception, birthday party etc. Very good rooms available with centralized air-conditioning and peaceful ambiance. Overall a good place and budget friendly also.

Food is good and centrally located. Connectivity to Airport and also Capital Amaravati is good.Good location, can be improved to look modern and contemporary. he rooms are a bit old and need to be furnished, especially bathrooms

One of the best hotels, I´ve ever stayed. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. It is just next to Padmavathi temple, you get ample to time to spend in the temple. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would suggest, you should give it try.
