Hotel Orion Stay

We had lunch here taste wise it's good staffs are junior but they do their work properly. Food quality is good but they served onion which was not cleaned properly. There are many staffs around but no one listen if you call them loudly also. Though food taste was good so we managed. Few things they need to improve.

Today we had a dinner at A/C dinning hall in this hotel. The service was extremely disappointing, and it was evident that they lacked a basic understanding of hospitality, making the entire experience feel unwelcoming and frustrating. I will not recommend this resturants at all for family dinning.

Worst service ever, after having made us wait for more than half an hour for a single Wada, me asking multiple times the staff rather than apologising said their aata was over and have to get it from outside, how pathetic is this ?! And I’m talking about the a/c dine in. Rude attitude towards the customers. Highly disappointed with the service as well as quality and overall hygiene. Don’t waste your time on this restaurant’s dine in section. It’s not worth it!!

We had lunch at their restaurant after our Tirumala visit. No complaint on the food. But, the water bottle was billed 25₹ each. When we checked the bottle the MRP says 20₹. Checked with them but no proper response.

They are maintaining Ambience. But the food is not good. I tasted veg fried rice, Rice is too hard. I ordered another mushroom fried rice, That rice is also so hard and not tasty. Next we tried butternon,beacuse of croud or busy time rosated like a roaty. In that we order mushroom curry, full of malasa spices and to much paste little quantity mushroom ( you charged more price, Atleast use one box means 50/- mushroom buttons) Overall review 2/5

With ambience of calmness and delicious delicacies of south Indian food.The hotel is great to make your buds dance .I ate too much.😆 Highly recommend if u want authentic south Indian food. Thank you orion

Worst SERVICE & Rude Behaviour of STAFF The waiter straight away says this is not my table I will not take the order. We had asked for onions it came after 45 mins Roti & rice came together. The rude staff in image was least interested to take order Worst experience, not at all recommend

I had visited to have breakfast. But the plates and glasses are not clean . If u wanna try , eat outside but don’t AC dine in . Cuz it’s waste of money . Some food are good, if u are the person who seek hygiene then don’t visit
