Best western Tirupati

During our 3-day stay at the hotel, we encountered several issues. Waterlogging in the bathroom of room 301 wasn't resolved despite reporting it for 3 days. Housekeeping was average. However, the worst part was the service in the restaurant, especially during buffet breakfast. Leftover food was served instead of fresh portions, even after repeated requests. The staff seemed disinterested and took too long to serve. The buffet menu remained the same every day without any variation. We also found cockroaches and mosquitoes in the rooms, which raised major hygiene concerns. Overall, our experience was below average, and we wouldn't consider staying here again.

disappointed detailed review posting soon... the restaurant manager is reluctant to assist for any any specific dietary requirements, even before booking the room i called they said nothing can be done, but when i checked in again i requested mr Gowtham so the manager agreed for 1 preparation, again the next day he wanted same thing to be given to me, so i approched the hotel reception again the lady at the reception was very himble and cooperative she directed to her manager and they took down my food requirement for breakfast which was served today and felt very happy and satisfied with restaurant staff, only the manager of restaurant is very difficult person.... good breakfast was served today thanks to restaurant chef. some rooms have new sanitary fitting some have very old date my other day room had all terrible and dirty worn out santitarywares...

I want to share my experience with the in-room dining service at Best Western, Tirupati. My daughter and I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances. Shahnur from Best Western was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we had food that we could eat and it tasted great!!! He noted down our restrictions and made sure that all our meals complied with them. Shahnur was kind, polite and respectful. He made us feel at home by providing us food we could eat. The food was great tasting. In general the staff is very friendly, respectful and ready to help.

The room is not good at all. Bad smell comes from the AC at night. Mosquitoes in the room. The phone in the room is not working properly. Wash room also Book a hotel and think before you book.

It’s not worth giving a rating , the worst place I have ever been . They don’t have anything you ask for ! Service is horrible , the funniest part is that they don’t have extra beds and the actual size of the beds are smaller than usual . I would suggest a big No to this hotel in Tirupati . The Tv doesn’t work , the service boys aren’t available .when asked for extra bed they said they don’t have an for a floor mattress they will charge you , why would I want me or my family to sleep on the floor when I am paying for a 3-star hotel . We booked it because it was a good hotel in Hyderabad . They have ruined the brand name completely .

This is old hotel. Check in time is mentioned from 11 AM. But when we visited the hotel with advance booking at 4:30 pm, the rooms were not ready. Service is not good. Rooms are old and bedding is also not comfortable
