Hotel Sky Towers

I booked through OYO and paid the amount. When i reach hotel, they show me small rooms. When i asked for extra mattress or change the room, they asked for extra 400 for each room otherwise cancel. I cancelled but got only 25% refund. Very commercial.

No amenities provided... No toiletries provided And waste of money spending here instead booking stay outside. Oyo reputation is going bad because of this kind of hotels

One of the worst hotels to stay in...very dirty beds, blankets...no proper washroom facilities available..when asked for help, the staff has denied giving any help Taps broken, jet sprays don't work
