HOTEL ROI INN

this past weekend ( oct. 11 , 12 ) we stayed in this hotel . this hotel is in very good locality, just next to the srinivasam & madavam complex bulidings , very quiet & peacefull road . just 5 mins walkable distance from TIRUPATI bus stand . brand new building hotel reception, rooms , washrooms , lift , cafeteria all are very good but the problem is with maintenance. they don't respond to customer complaints & requirements . if the owner found a good maintanence team , this hotel will come in the list of top 5 hotels near bus stand . in reception we saw a poster or leaflet as ' unlimited breakfast for 100 rupees per person ' . next day morning we had a breakfast . idli , vada were not at all good & remaining dishes were good . but after finishing out breakfast i went to reception to pay 200 for 2 members . then they started billing for each item seperately. i was shocked to see that . first they said unlimited breakfast for 100 rupees for 1 person & after we ate they charged seperately for few items . they didn't mention that in that leaflet . very good hotel with zero maintenance

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR A NICE STAY ARE AVAILABLE IN THIS HOTEL. FOOD QUALITY & TASTE, BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF, AMBIENCE ALL ARE EXCELLENT. ROOMS, LINENS, AND WASH ROOM EVERYTHING ARE ALL SPIC AND SPAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO SELECT THIS HOTEL WHILE THEY ARE IN TIRUPATI.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a pleasant experience. The room was conveniently located within the hotel premises and maintained excellent cleanliness standards throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel to other families looking for clean and well-situated rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. Its very near to both railway station and bus stand and the rooms are very decent for what they charge, Rooms are clean and the food is very good

A pretty clean and good hotel for the price. Not a big hotel or spacious, but Perfect if you are staying for 1,2 nights, and all you want to do is sleep, take a bath and rest.

Visited on 15th of august and Stayed for 4 days in ROI Inn fully satisfied with their services. Well Mannered reception staff quick response from the room service team and especially their food is so tasty. For Easy public transport bus stand and railways station is nearby only. I suggest you to visit this place if you are planning for Tirpathi

Rooms : compact but well maintained neat and clean rooms. Service : language can be a challenge but staff ensured someone from their team was available to address my query. Staff was always willing to help and go out of their way to serve. Location : walking distance from the Tirupati Bus stand and you can literally see Srinivasam complex from the hotel. You will have to go there to obtain your token if you are planning an unplanned trip. Food : Most importantly if you are craving north indian style food prep. This is the go to place. I placed the order for dinner twice and all the dishes were amazing. I recommend you try that as well 1. Green salad 2. boiled salad 3. Aloo paratha 4. Butter phulke 5. Mix vegetable subzi
