A good place for a short stay. Rooms are well maintained. Have provision for self cooking. One need to get their groceries. If time permits one can try cooking. Restaurants are close by and one can order online.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very neat and clean rooms. You get amenities like iron box, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, geysers etc. Just 5-10 minutes drive from city centre. The lady who was handling the property was fluent in English, so no need of worrying about the language barrier, if you are coming from other states and don’t know Telugu.

Manager Shalini doesn't have a clue about providing customer service. Was acting as if she did a big favour to us by giving room 30 mins early than checkin time. Was not present at property, connecting via phone with housekeepers and arrogantly speaking about customer to them. I overheard due to loud speaker. Was providing rooms which were ready to people who came after us. They will demand security deposit for giving room, its not mentioned while booking. Its refundable but not sure in which circumstances it can be denied. Rooms are average with torn sofa and bedsheets Cigarette burns on carpet, broken lamp. Location is in quiet place but no roads in the area, if it rains everything will be slushy. Cars to be parked in open street with less lighting in night. Service is like you order item A, they will deliver B. I would not book unless there is no other option .

very bad experience, rooms are stinky . no road available for hotel . no parking. only owner car is parked , shamelessly . Guests car thrown out . owner house is just opposite with cow shed in front of it . no locks available for the rooms. lift is with toilet smell. the kitchen ware shared , i advise don't use them they are not cleaned from ages .

I did a booking for 3 days for Tirupati Darshan.. And I must say the rooms, the hospitality everything is very amazing and it is a truly homestay as the name suggests.... we are very delighted by their service and hospitality.... Now we are their permanent customers....👌👌👌

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home stay place. They have designed the apartments keeping guests' comfort in mind. There is proper cleanliness and good facilities provided. The staff behaviour is great too. Totally recommended!

Luxurious place for the price, we stayed in a 2bhk for 3 days for 7k. You can order food from outside n get cabs to reach the city very quick.

It was an excellent experience at the premise, everything was perfect, 2BHK with attached toilets for both the rooms. Loved it.
