Collection O Moon Light Rooms

Worst place i ever experienced in my life. Rooms were not ready even after booking un advance , toilet seat was broken, shower was not working. One the fan was not working. No parking. The attendant was not knowing the requirements of the guest. When we want to check out at 6am even after informing the reception, no one was there in the morning. We had to leave the key at the room and drive out. Not recommended to book in this OYO.

Disgusting property and very very poor management. Toilet seat was brocken. Shower was not working, the room boy does not know the job nor has any experience. Not worth staying here. How OYO without checking and verification gave permission to upload the pics which is completing misleading..OYO's name is at stake

I don't want to give 1 Star also. We Booked this bcz of darshan. room was not ready. Reception guy was too rude and he don't know about anything they don't know the needs of guest . Not cleaned properly I think local bathroom also better then this resort . If I right I can right more but I don't want to waist my time for this worsted hotel

Very bad service from Hotel and Oyo ... @oyorooms team , can you share your customer care mail id ...booked two rooms on 8th , however only one room allotted....still waiting for the refund...no response from the hotel...booking ID RLU56840.. shameless and pathetic service from @oyorooms. Pathetic rooms...
