I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The staff behavior was unhelpful and not welcoming. The room was smelly and lacked even the most basic amenities such as soap and towels. I had to go all the way to the reception to request towels, which should have been provided from the start. Considering the poor service and room conditions, I do not feel that the stay was worth the price charged. This hotel needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and hospitality.

The Worst Stay of My Life – Avoid at All Costs! If there was an option to give zero or negative stars, Hotel Tanisha Residency would deserve it. From the moment I stepped in, everything was a disaster. The rooms are with broken amenities that clearly hadn’t been maintained for years. The staff was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed whenever asked for basic services like drinking water or clean towels. The so-called “hospitality” felt more like hostility. I genuinely regret ever booking this place. It was a nightmare from start to finish and a total waste of money. Honestly, staying on the roadside would have been a better experience than this so-called hotel.

Me and my friend were travelling to tirumala. Since we are too tired to go for a room hunt, we asked an auto driver and he took us there. The rooms were in pathetic condition. They first told that non ac rooms are available and asked us to visit ac room once. Then told one stay here and other come to the downstair for the formalities. My friend went and asked for a non ac room and they denied the availability. We agreed for an ac room. They charged us 1500 rent + 500 deposit. They didn't return the deposit and asked more money. Before going for the Darshan, we asked to get the room clean, they didn't. Shower is in junk condition. Bucket and mug in horrible state. Stain in the mattress. Horrible experience. Refrain yourself to visit such kind of hotels. They are also overpriced.

We experienced a robbery and someone stole our thing in room when we went out. When we approached them they put blame against on us and charged us extra money. There is no security and chances of charging extra money. Horrible hygiene by the way 🤢. Extremely disappointed. 😡😡

I would never recommend this place. They will try to loot your money, the won't respond to your queries. No coordinator between reception staff. Over priced for the rooms and service that u receive.

I would prefer not to stay at this hotel due to a number of reasons, such as the lack of hot water, unsanitary bathrooms, and the fact that the staff does not provide any assistance with checkin and checkout. It's a bit disappointing to see that the tips are being asked for at this time.

I checked into this hotel yesterday as I had my Darshan at Tirumala today. Once my Darshan got over, I returned back and checked out. Here are some details regarding my experience at this hotel: Positives: - Hot water was available when I wanted to have a bath - The bed was very comfortable and I got good sleep last night Negatives: - They initially charged me ₹1,500 as advance payment and promised to refund 400 of it at the time of me checking out. But once I checked out, they tried to fleece me of ₹100 and they requested that I consider it as charity. When I asked why, they told that I should pay ₹100 for room service, inspite of the fact that my room was not cleaned even once by the staff; therefore it is concluded that they just wanted to fleece me of my money. Only after I put my foot down and strongly refused to part with the ₹100, they half-heartedly returned it back and were also very rude to me at that moment. Considering that my parents have always told me to be careful about my money, this experience was rather shocking for me. I am grateful to god for helping me get my ₹100 back. - The flush in the bathroom did not work properly. As a result, I had to pour extra water from the bucket many times - No extra soaps/towels were provided. Fortunately I had brought my own soap and towel so not much issues here; but I dont know how others will take it - The location is hardly convenient to anyone; the street where the hotel is located is considerably unsafe at night and also very dirty as well. Plus it is too far from Tirumala hills as well as the good restaurants and the bus stand. Therefore anyone walking to this hotel late in the night is at a safety risk as well. It is also inconvenient for those who book Darshan slots at Tirumala. Going by all the above experiences that I have faced, it is clear that this hotel does more damage than good to its customers/travellers/pilgrims. Therefore, I strongly appeal to everyone to kindly refrain from booking your stay in this hotel, unless no other accommodation is available.

The rooms are not much more comfortable than expected. Still useful for people staying for one night. One room can easily accommodate 3-4 people. Better don't keep much expectations on the location.
