HOTEL SLV GRAND

Worst stay ever. We had booked a non smoking room but had to deal with cigarette smell whole night. By morning all our throats were hurting. The bathroom also wasn't clean, the bedsheets were horrible. We paid close to 3k per night only to experience our worst nightmare. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were rude as well.

Such a bad hotel. Check in by last month ,5pm -30 mins in the room , didn't notice anythg - went to a nearby temple and returned around 9pm..wen we opened the room door ,full of cockroaches on the bed , bags and washroom - tiny cockroaches everywhere. They shifted me to another room in the same 2nd floor. Got to see cockroaches there as well. Had to shift to another hotel in the same night 9.30pm. they didn't return any refund claiming I used their property for half a day. Pls stay away from this hotel,My personal experience.

One of the worst hotel. They are not at all maintaining the rooms. The bedsheet and bedcovers are already used by someone. Small bugs are present in the bedcovers. Tables are not properly cleaned . I entered at 4 am and moved by 8 am without proper sleep of their poor bed maintenance.

Not worth the price. Rooms are smelly and cramped. Bed is worn out. Bedsheet is flimsy. Towels are smelly. AC is not in proper condition. Worst part is the AC is controlled from the reception. I have observed that they turn off and on the AC intermittently during the night. And then we need to turn on the AC again through remote. No water bottles are provided as complimentary. No complimentary breakfast for 2200rs they charge. Water flow is washroom is very less. Only one tap can release water at a time. Location is prime though.

Upon arrival with online booking, person denied check in and mentioned all room sold out. Asked to wait for 10 minutes and afterwards no reaction. The booking was made thru goibibo and raising a complaint for delisting this hotel. This hotel wasted /disturbed our plans.

It is a nice hotel for business class and near by airport and very nice room very nice service♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

It's a main road hotel. Newly build. Nice and comfortable stay👍
