OYO 39775 Sree Devi Residency

Booked via OYO with full payment, room was not up to the mark, no heater, lot of dust and not clean, no hot water. While check in collected Rs. 500/- as deposit, even though we paid fully online. While vacating, they given back Rs. 300/- and saying Rs. 200/- for housekeeping, till I leaving room, from the time occupied not even single time the room boy came to my room / not seen him. After argument he gave full refund. And started talking like gundas.

Hotel is not so bad but room price is less than oyo price if we book at the hotel. staff very friendly nature .I paid to oyo ₹590/- but SPOT ON 39775 Sreedevi hotel management price is ₹500/- on that day .Unnecessarily I paid ₹90/-more to oyo

The most worst service which we got from OYO. There is no light in the washroom. No hot water. No ventilation and dirty washrooms. Very Rude behaviour from service boys in reception. No one should preffer this hotel.

OYO should not patronise this type of lodges !!! No ventillation, total darkness in day, they didn't star generator during 2 power cuts, no warm water, upkeep is also very poor...Without offering any service each one of them ask for tips !!!! OYO is supposed to be a brand in itself...Dissoctate from such people !!!

3rd class hotel room, no heater, power cut for two hours, no generator. Disgusting hotel staff, helpless. Touts just need money for everything. Avoid this hotel.

I would like to give 0 star because of my worst experience, no basic amenities. If you need basic amenities like water you need to pay

Its very bad condition bathroom flush is not working and no hot water please i request to oyo to pre verify the hotels and recomened thanks
