Management in reception is very rude behaviour Full of fraud for looting money in the name of security deposit. When we leave the room they don't giving security deposit I recommend not to go this hotel Fully disappointed Non ac rooms are not properly ventilated very heat in rooms

Rude Manager or he cud be a receptionist and the staff will deceive you at the time of chekout. When we booked and contacted on phone before reaching, he said ac rooms are availble, when we reached he said he didnt talk on any call, when we called on the same number, his phone rang, then said rooms are not available upon questioning gave a room wid fan that doesnt work. Bathroom wid comode that leaks. Bedsheets were not changed, i could see hair and dust on it, when asked to change he said it is good enough, means they feel it is ok to not change sheets for a new customer. Do OYO really take complaints seriously. Was charging more than what was agreed before chekin and payments while leaving. Asked for the camera footage and these people shut their mouths. All the staff are bad mouthed dacoits.. do not go to this hotel.. highly deceiving

Hotel didn’t provide towels or soap. Everything you had to ask for. They didn’t provide towels. The sink with had no lights and the electric lines were exposed causing safety issue. The blanket was smelly which they replaced after complaining. I had to call front desk to start AC. There was a dog that was barking all through the night disturbing my sleep.

We directly went to reception and took 2 rooms. I really wondered why Oyo selecting this type of hotels . My questions is Oyo have any standards? AC is under control by hotel management .once power gone they will not switch on AC on generator. Lot of cockroaches ,no proper ventilation,ac outlet pipe leakage.toilets are not good. Ac was on but we didn't feel ac on. Management to kuch bhi bolta hy about AC. Main thing is hotel manager was very rude . Totally I really have to think selecting OYO rooms in future .

Were fooled by the pics available on OYO. This is not a 2 star facility as claimed, it is a dingy, unclean, smelly lodge. Facility is full of mosquitoes, sheets and pillow covers are old and have been used for eternity. Bathrooms are not clean, no toiletry provisions were available. We had reservations for 6 members, they only provided beds for 5 members, a bed was not provided for the 6th member!! Our pleas to provide a 6th bed fell on deaf ears.

Stayed in a non ac room. Room is full of strains and mosquitos. Non proper ventilation in room and in toilet. So bad smell from toilet. Very small TV and remote does not work. No heater, and solar panel water will not be there in mornings. Staff is helpful, and provided hot water.

Reached late night at around 10pm was able to get a double cot room since it was December did not want air condition so went ahead and booked non a/c room at 800 bucks. A/c room would cost 1500/- Hot water in the morning...would say Luke warm water. Very near to the temple. ||Overall good experience.

Bad service & they will not care about your complaints. They will switch off AC in midnight and tell some stories. Management has to take care of these things. But rooms are good.
