Hotel Jayaam

I came to this hotel to book room on 30-05-2024 only because previously i was stayed here during 2022 once. But this time it was worst experience that they told it will cost 1200 for room with AC, as I visited the room it was unhygiene and AC was not working properly. I told about AC to them and they told that it would work after few minutes, I believed them and paid 1200 there itself to incharge who was there. After when I came to room there was no proper working of AC as they told. I was highly dissatisfied and told them to repay the amount which I have paid they were so arrogant and said they can't give the money back. Finally I asked atleast you cut in advance and give the money back they said it is not possible. So i left the place with empty handed which was really worst experience. I request to the owner of this hotel to repay my 1200rs or else next time when I stay there don't charge for rooms.

This is really frusting moment the manger are denying to help with the owner number very rude behavior of hotel management. If Owner if is going through this post please help me out with the contact number. I tried calling on post number it is directly redirected to staff Mr.rajesh.

Staff is deceiving the public sharing wrong information that nobody can sleep in temple premises, so that public will stay at their hotel. Worst character from some staff here. Please directly go the temple information center and clear your queries.

Rooms are very neat and clean, hotel maintenance is super. Front office administrators are very polite and they will give good information about temple poojas and dharshans.

Excellent stay. I booked standard ac room very clean and neat. Service is good. Very near to srikalahasthi temple

Rooms Just okay. This hotel only visits the temple it's okay. But the cost is A.C 1200/- non a.c 800/- per day. Service is too bad 😞. Too much power cuts 😶‍🌫️. Mainly Hot water 💦 is not Working well. And finally my rating is 2/5. Only the best thing about this hotel 🏨 near by temple only reason.
