LSR Hill View Residency

I stayed here for approximately 12-14 hours. Traveling on bike. The property is fine to stay solo or with bachelor friends but not for a family. The room in pics had an AC cooling problem, then I was asked them to shift which they did. The rooms I got into are a little spacious. There is parking for exactly 2or3 cars, don't believe them if they say you can park your car inside. Ask them firmly before taking a room. The staff are fine but when asked to give the room amenities like a water bottle, soap, shampoo, towel et al. They were reluctant to do it as if they were doing it for free, ("They don't know the meaning of hospitality"), I asked them 2-4 times to bring and they only got soap and a towel, when asked about other items they refused by saying "We and any other hotel don't provide those things." As I was very tired, I had no energy to argue.

Good and clean room a little bit congested but ok. But the service is very poor the checkout time mentioned is 12 pm but they ask to leave before 10Am.Plan according to that otherwise it will spoil your vacation plans. The location is a little bit far from the temple and the way is too crowded and has high traffic it is difficult for elders and to go with children from hotel to temple. And the way to the temple is very dirty . Most people will find it difficult to walk aside. The staff does not provide any service and will ask for an extra amount for cleaning.

Best location if you have planned to cover all the temples nearby. The service done by the receptionist is really vera level, Good job! Compact room to stay and get fresh. Two four wheelers can be placed inside the parking. Hot water available. AC, working good. Water service, I don't think they will provide. We dint ask, default we bought whenever required from outside shops.

Good place for an overnight stay... Near to gate 4 of the temple. Toilets are good and maintained.( 302, 303, and 305) standard ac rooms.

Rooms are Good, But worst service, I have booked from 12 PM Saturday to 12PM Sunday, I went for check in at 8 PM on Saturday, They didn't give my room. After some arguments, they provided alternate room with condition to change the room at 10 PM on the same day. Already being tired after a hectic travel, these kind of service really made us feel irritating.

Not so great experience. We had booked 4 AC rooms, but by the time we reach there (we were little late to check-in), they have given one of the AC room to someone else. They told us that it was because of some MLA recommendation, which was an absolute lie! One of the family had to stay in non-ac room in the hot season. So be very careful while you pay the advance. Rooms are good. They have a great 24hr power backup.

No proper car parking. They woke us up at 5am to remove the car again at 8pm to remove from that place and again told us to park inside. They don’t stand on their word. They say okay for everything until you pay money after that they don’t treat you well and change their words. We said okay to this hotel because they are flexible about check out timings. We clearly explained we have toddler and the Pooja is at 3pm. We said we pay any extra and the attendant said no problem madam you can check out at 2pm. Now another attendant took the shift and saying who is he to say, he is a new employee. When we call the person who promised us and asked him to tell truth he changed his words. I even asked him We pay extra stand on your word and he replied this is how everyone talks madam. I didn’t say any extra word to him. There is no proper management. Customer service is an issue. Owner is polite and rooms are good to stay.

Rooms are good but they do not have any services. They do not clean the room untill you leave, no extra towels are provided. Same towel has to be used untill you leave. No wifi and no t v.
