Average rooms and service. Toiletries given are one tiny piece of soap which is barely a coin sized and one rupee shampoo sachet. Charges are definitely high for that town and the facilities. Location is a great plus point though.

This is the one of the best affordable hotels I found in this surrounding. Rooms are reasonable, 2mins walkable distances from temple, has theirs own parking space with security. Mainly rooms and washrooms are clean , well maintained. Can go for it.

I have seen all other reviews & hotel owner replies as well. Here is the perfect review. Pro's - Nearest to Sri Kalahasti temple Con's - 1.Owner behaviour ( I have seen the same in a previous review) Yes the owner's behaviour is rude, I'm trying to negotiate the room price ( because I will stay only for 2 hours ) The owner's answers are like " So what", "If you want a room otherwise leave" Still I took room, because I don't have the energy to go to another hotel ( the same day i climbed tirupati steps ) I feel it's not a way to talk with customers. 2. Some reviews say it is an excellent hotel with perfect hygiene ( see my photos ) - bedsheets are not washed for years - ac holes not closed ( walls have holes ) - spiders & bedbugs all around bed - chairs are damaged like hell & smells - walls are damaged & filled with fungus - wash room with AC wires hanging - Telephone table broke & bed side wall complete with fungus - Staff feels like gundas I'm attaching photos for proof as well... Waiting for the owner reply to call me as a lier ( you can see the owner replies to other reviews) They are not ready to accept reality. Suggestion for customer - take an auto outside and search for other hotels in area, there are lot money options in budget. EDIT -1 : I can see the owner reply as Rectified, I'm not sure what he rectified ? Owner behaviour rectified? Holes on the wall rectified? Fungus on walls rectified? Hanging wires on the washroom rectified? Bugs on the bed Rectified? So customers who are picking this hotel - Think once again before opting for this hotel.

Awesome location,room & service, good food too. There was an issue with the room. They upgraded the room without charging extra showing a good gesture. I'm literally not expecting such cooperation in this small town. Thank you for showing this gesture Keep winning customers trust. Hats off you guys!

No ventilation, the windows are locked with wiremesh, so no access to open windows. There was no access slide. The window frame is completely closed with wiremesh by using nails. Especially room 207. It is having very small gezer, also no dressing area. I do not recommend this hotel for any guests.

we have visited this hotel a month back, Rooms wise hotel is good but when it comes to service its worst. i have visited with family i did a pre booking and paid them advance and given nessasary documents, but at the time of check in receptionist guy took 25 mins for taking adhar details and photo i requested him as we have travelled 500 kms and let the ladies go to room but he didnt allowed until the adhar details has entered into system, as the guy dont know how to enter details and take the pic for this we were kept waiting in the reception for 25 mins.

AC didn't work in my room and I haven't received refund of AC charges from MakeMyTrip. Don't book online, rather call the hotel and book. You might get rooms for much cheaper rate.

Very very good food. Decent rooms with focus on hygiene. Very near to Sreekalahasti temple 4th gate. The most I loved is ofcourse the food.
