Hotel Shannkur Residency

1 single room non-A/C for 1 person - Rs.500. Not sure about parking & all local people know about this place. You have to say "Hotel Shankar" to local people. Online booking available on goibibo, makemytrip etc.. Rs.30 from Srikalahasti railway station & 15 minutes wakable distance from bus station. Neat & clean rooms with TV where you get all regional language. Room incharge will wake up you @ 4:00 AM if you are visiting temple & no other non-sense request like food, paper etc from hotel management. Overall nice place to stay but little costly!!!

Visited this hotel in July 2013 and paid 600 after discount for 1day. We checked in morning at 7:30am and checked out at 2pm. Connectivity to temple is one minute walk to enter gate 2. Cleanliness - Good, Bath rooms - Fine. Since less people are there in the hotel they did not used the generator in the afternoon - Bad. Suggestions provided by them before visit to temple are helpful. Inside temple we were there from 9am to 12:30pm which includes Rahu-Ketu puja, God and Goddess darshan.

It's ok but not up to the mark but competitive to other hotels it's far better everything looks good but we can't service in non-a.c rooms in this areas because of so much heat. As per my suggestion prefer A/c rooms only

Not at all recommend with the place I booked it on goibibo the rooms shown at the site was totally different when I booked and the rooms alloted on my name was totally different it was pathetic I booked with goibibo confirming about my family members which was 6 adults and 5 children's total 11 and the hotel staff at the reception says they only allow 3 members per room so where shall my other members go that too at 10 pm and what's the use of goibibo to mention our number of family member details which v need to fill goibibo is worst service for not even contacting us to solve the problem ... What's the use of saying customer care service is available 24*7 when u can't contact us when v need ...

Nice hotel on that place I had some doubt and fearness on while I taken a room because I gone with family for Naga Dhosam dharshan But that hotel was very good compared to others Language was also not issue they spoke tamil and clear my doubts about temple Over all very good stay on kalahasthi

Good beds, clean toilets and decent service. A convenient place as it is very close to the temple.

Nice place but its bit conjested and hot water availble only for 4 hrs from 3am to 7am

Stayed in AC 2 bed room. Rooms are small but good. Extra bed is not good.
